Yet again Graham another winner meal from farmfoods signature range and I have definitely got to get down to Yr Wyddgrug very soon and try some of those signature dishes and ultimate curries that all have impressed you. Maybe you could review the ragu from Iceland that Kate like's and see which one you prefer as that after her comments sound really nice, and like you Italian food is my favourite food after British Isles food .And I hope you and she who must be obeyed get on the mend soon 🙏🙏👍🇮🇹
Good Morning Robert, thank you for the comment - this was another winner for sure my only issue was I could have done with some more - it was so tasty and very authentic - I have passed through Yr Wyddgrug many times on my way to Anglesey it is one of those places when I see the name I know I am about 1 hour and a half away from Holyhead - I will certainly try Kates recommendation as she finds the iceland one gorgeous ! I do like Italian food and really should eat more of it ! She who must be obeyed was allowed home last night but the hospital have said she will not feel any better for at least 2 weeks but they needed the bed ! I will be glad when she is up and about again soon so I can get a break from being chief cook and bottle washer ! Have a great Saturday my Friend :-)
I've had one of these last week and can concour with your views, very nice indeed. I had the Stroganoff one last night with rice and apart from a couple of chewy bits of meat it was excellent too, especially the rice. Hope you and your family start feeling better soon bro. Love and best wishes 🩵

Hello graham . Omg this looks so good for this terrible cold nasty day. It's frightening outside im in central scotland, its like end of the world. I like farmfoods alas dont do delivery but you get great value there . Hope you and your wifes health improves. Lots of nasty going around the now. 😊
Good Morning kazali, thank you for the comment - this was a delightful dish of food and so tasty - Farmfoods gets a lot of bad reviews usually from people who have never tried their products - the weather has indeed been frightening ! it looks calmer today and hopefully it will remain that way ! we do seem to be having more and more storms as the years pass by - The hospital allowed my wife to come home last night but she is nowhere near good health at present - The doctors said it will be at least 2 weeks before she starts feeling any better ! have a great Saturday :-)

Hi Graham, i'm sorry to hear you're unwell still & that your wife is back in hospital, i hope you are both better soon 🙂 It is very windy here today too 💨 I have had this from Farmfoods before & find it very tasty. I actually bought one on Monday & it's sitting in the freezer waiting. Haven't had one for quite a while so i can't remember how it matches up to the steak ragu from Iceland (which is gorgeous - i buy 3 at a time on an offer at the moment). I do them in the microwave & they turn out lovely but honk the house out! Take care 😀👍

Good Morning Kate, thank you for the comment - At present my wife is not well at all but they let her come home last night ! they told her it will be at least 2 weeks before she starts to feel any better ! sadly they need the beds and it makes you realise when you see just how busy the nurses and doctors are they must be under massive amounts of stress - they told her Covid was rife again in the hospital and the community along with all manner of respiratory problems !! I really enjoyed this Ragu - it was good ! I will have to try the Iceland one when I go there ! Wishing You a lovely Saturday :-)

Good Morning WoodyWood, thank you for the comment , This was an excellent dish of food and was very authentic in my experience and being married to an Italian that is good recommendation - I do know that she fully approves of this Ragu ! My wife was allowed home last night largely because they needed the bed and to be honest when you see the amount of patients for a small amount of staff it makes you realise just how crippled the NHS is - sadly like so many other places they are overrun by management with a lack of people on the shop floor - I have no issues with the NHS and they are there when you need them but things need to change for the sake of the staff who are under massive amounts of pressure and of course the patients - You kind words mean so much and thank you for being here ! I am a fan of Italian food and being married to an Italian lady it is a good job ! lol - for me this was very authentic and so full of taste ! I have not heard from the hospital yet but hope too soon - To be honest I have not felt this ill for around 30 years and whatever it is I have has really flattened me I am entering the 2nd week now ! Excellent review mate. I tried this in 2022 and gave it 7.5 so it seems that they may have an 'improved recipe' without telling us for a change :)
