Im currently learning how to balance, 9-5, raise a family, build a business, and rebrand my name. The biggest challenge is doing this alone. I have the discipline and drive. Now it’s a matter of building a team to 10x
I think the challenge that keeps me from the wealth I want to experience and the person I want to be, is my procrastination and my follow through. I have several unfinished projects and undeveloped Ideas that get pushed aside, trying to overcome temporary bouts of depression, sometimes a loss in my finances or a loss of one or more of my loved ones. And because I often feel alone, I don’t ask for help until I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place. Before I know it another year has gone by and I’m still going through the motions.

And I also, resonated with the struggles of ADHDers (proctastination, easily distracted & forgetfulness, depression & anxiety, time-blindness, daydreaming, disorganized, etc.). Connect in person as well in small ways to begin with. In the check out at the grocery store. 1) One line with a smile, “ I love this ____” (rain, sun, clouds, change….). Some people engage. Some don’t. 2) Ask the checker “how are you doing today?” Look them in the eyes (in a relaxed way) and then listen to what they have to say. 😁

I’m pretty sure that confidence is what blocks me the most in finding success. I’ve always, and still, felt like nobody cares what I have to say despite everything I’ve overcome. I have no friends besides my husband, my family doesn’t talk to me, and I don’t know anyone alive that has SURVIVED everything I have. I’ve overcome my past traumas, and I KNOW I can help so many people if I can just figure out how to be heard. I’ve spent the past 6 months picking myself up from rock bottom again, determined to never go back, but nobody ever seems to want to hear what I have to say. I keep having faith, but at times like now, that faith becomes shaky.❤

You could get employment in an advisory service - I don't know where you are in the world but if you live in the UK you could apply to work for places like Citizens Advice Bureau or a charitable organization that helps people overcome the experiences you survived. Otherwise you need to get qualifications to add to your life experience to be someone that people will come to for advice. It's one thing to overcome adversity - dealing with the general public is another skill entirely - and you need to be accountable for the advice you give to strangers so you still need training, qualifications and public liability insurance xx
Limiting beliefs about myself that were literally pounded into me from a very tender age. This produced 2 things - guilt about being financially well off and the fear that someone will take it all away and feeling unable to do anything about it

There are zero scientific studies proving humans need carbs I struggled with my weight too, much of my entire life. It’s easy. It actually is NOT expensive; because you essentially have a limited food group you purchase. Check out Dr. Ken Berry, Dr. Kevin Baker, Dr. Chafee, and Dr. Eric Wiseman. You can do it. I’m not joking, it is so easy.

Lewis, this was awesome! Never heard of Dan before. Currently I encounter myself on a life and career transformational journey. Listening to Dan was really like a fresh breath because his advice and mindset advice is different than what's already available. I followed and listened to them all. I have a hard time focusing on the end result when I haven’t figured out how to see past the immediate survival needs (paying basic bills) I’m single and live alone and have a hard time paying my basic bills.
What "was" blocking me the most from my potential? Simply not hearing this interview. Lewis Howes is the Larry King of this generation. This was my favorite (among many other favorites) and life changing. Lewis is changing the world, one interview at a time with the consistent patina of greatness.

Lewis, this was awesome! Never heard of Dan before. Currently I encounter myself on a life and career transformational journey. Listening to Dan was really like a fresh breath because his advice and mindset advice is different than what's already available. I followed and listened to them all. I liek he quotes Jim Rohn, one my old time mentors. Dan's perceptions very much aligns to mine and his statements are like an enforcement to my new beliefs and the way I do things now, different than before.
Burned all the boats but still in the middle of the process.

Yes, I love SOP, I was at an event and spoke about every person in our organization creating a SOP of their job.
I love that Lewis said he doesn't buy things to show off! No need for a Mcralen or super expensive cars. When you rich you don't need name brands! And somehow I don't buy what Dan has to say.
