I love the trains. Riding on the Boone Senic Valley Railroad is one of my favorite things, but it's more scenic. The railroad industry has so much history. Thanks for the great video.
Nice to enjoy the stockyards. There is sooo much history there. The first Big money, the oil industry next. Ft Worth is considered a big small town. Recommend the Amon Carter Museum of American Art. We were to stay that the Vineyards this past February….but, believe this, it was flooded and had to close! Happy Trails…
One of our local gems that we need to check out! Good to know about the schedule. LOL SADDLE SORES! Wow...a tour guide you can actually understand! lol
Thanks for sharing this train adventure. I wish I could have purchased a Judy Pie.. they never opened on Friday. I camped at WinStar Native American Casino's "Funtown RV park" just across the Texas border in Oklahoma on Saturday night. Monthly, we receive complimentary 2 night offers (I spend only 1) from the Casino as my wife enjoys the casino (she wins and they want their money back) until very early in the morning, and I enjoy the campground with our Labrador retriever. I am not aware of any good pies in the area. I thought you might be interested in camping there (excellent campground wifi, at the campground). Winstar claims that they are the largest Casino in the world, with many restaurants, bars, and a hotel (all under approximately1 mile of ceiling). It is a nice quiet campground, about 1/4 mile walk past their facilities building to the casino (I select lot 160 on the west side of the RV park, and across from the bathrooms, and laundry building).
Next time, try that steakhouse. Wish I could have gone down there and met up you guys. So much to do in the stockyards. Glad you guys got to experience all that. Safe travels!
Wait what… a grapevine train ride? And you didn’t invite us? A John Wayne museum- oh yes please. Fun video. Bev has been there on a girls trip a few years ago. Looks like we need to do it together sometime. Cheers 🍷
Kinda off topic, but are you still using the disco bed covers? I looked for the link for them but now I see Beddy's and after searching the website I don't see the disco bedding. Have you found something better?
A friend of mine and his wife rode a train from Ohio to Utah several years ago and he said it was okay but the most challenging part for him was using the urinal… I’ll let you come to your own conclusion.
Hello and howdy there, May I share the most important news with you ever before? God the Father sent his Holy Son Jesus (Y'shua) to earth to be born of a virgin. He grew up and died on the cross for our sins. After that they put Him in a tomb for 3 days, and on the 3rd day Abba Father raised Jesus to life and He appeared to people. Then Christ ascended back to heaven. We all must genuinely believe in Christ and receive Him into our life as Savior to be saved. John 1:12 says: "But any as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name." Will you put genuine faith in Christ and receive Him into your life today?
Thank you both for another great video! 👍👍❤️

John Wayne museum is awesome. You missed out.
I saw the Fort Worth Stockyards years ago. They've certainly changed. Texas has the best beef ever!

That was a great shot at 15:05. It didn't look like the train was on the tracks.

Thank you for the suggestion. We’ve heard good things about the campground at that casino. Glad you enjoyed your stay there!

That would have been great to meet you. We did a video about the Stockyards a few years ago, we really enjoy it there.
I would love to see the John Wayne museum. Those cattle’s horns were huge!! You should have bought the hat (if you didn’t 😁). Safe travels peeps!!
Oh you know it! 😂 I have the hat! 😬
Fun video! ❤❤

We still use ours. We’ve since heard from others that they discontinued the disc-o-beds. :(
