Gary Legaspi was working as a program manager when he decided to go back to school to earn his Master of Project Management. “As a program manager, that is my job to improve the projects and programs that I'm running. And the best way to do that is to improve myself, said Legaspi. A California native, Legaspi researched several programs that were offered online and found Arizona State University. “ASU offered a more diverse program in project management, it offered creativity, innovation, leadership, diversity, agility, flexibility,” Legaspi explained. “The professors were very supportive and the feedback they offered me, I was able to apply it immediately to my current work.”
