Not at the moment because we are in the middle of the summer, so I'm around maintenance at the moment, but from October onward I will add more calories for size and strength 💪

ive honestly always wanted to know how do mukbangers keep fit and healthy eating like this, me i go to the gym and exercise every day and i still feel guilty after one cheat day a week lol
Haha! Is simple, is all about calories IN vs calories OUT, so you need to eat less calories comparing to the ones you burn, next is about quality of your diet, basically based on vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, etc etc, then is exercise, in my case, I cycle to work, also I lift weights around 6 days a week, and cycle on the weekend, if you have everything is check, I'm 99% sure you will lose weight. I hope this helps 😉
@@hungry.jorgeTV yes i know, as i said im kinda a gymrat lol i got a calories deficit, ive lost a lot of weight, i do cardio every day and i train muscles everyday lol and usually before and after cheat meal i eat way less, my comment was aimed more to the meals u eat in these videos, theyre really big like caloric and very sweet yk so i was wondering if you like ate these once a week? ate less beefore and after?
@@rimkaaaa Oh, I know what you mean, I do 3 videos a week, 2 in one day and 1 on the next day, that means the other days of the week my diet is on point and on the day I only record one video, I still have my normal meals but in less quantity.
@@hungry.jorgeTV wow lol i could never lol i just lost a lot of weight i was overweight, but thanks to the gym and hard work i managed to do that, now i only have to build up muscle but im afraid to eat bcz in afraid to get fat again 😭
@@rimkaaaa I was like that at the beginning, you need to trust the process and remember, it's easier to lose weight than to build muscle. Once you figure it out how much you need in calories and how much you lose, it's easy, or you can do like I do, checking the mirror once a week or so.
