Well I know ghost mourner's Niche it's in goblin biker, I have found myself thanking the fact I have a Ghost Mourner when drawing the Taketomborg. because some how that 1 of finds its way into way to many hands without his friend terrortop.
Ghost mourner can at least be used during either turn, veiler can only be used during the opponent’s
yeah but unless someone is making winda on your turn this is never relevant. As I've mentionned, if someone uses tri-brigade revolt to summon shuraig on your turn, mourner can't negate it, which nullifies one of it's only positive aspects over imperm/veiler
Mouner is only playable in two types of decks, Shifter decks or Dragon Rulers as it counts as a discard and is a lvl 3 tuner do it has added value past it's hand trap capability.
