The Gamecocks Were Very Impressive this Season, with Eleven of their Wins Coming Against AP Top 25 Teams (10 Over the Top 15), Scoring Over 100 Points in Two of the Four Top 15 Games, and Capping Their Undefeated Season with their 3rd National Championship.
Iowa Was the Eleventh AP Top 25 (Tenth Top 15 ) Team the Gamecocks Have Faced and Defeated this Season.
The Gamecocks Averaged 85.4 Points Per Game, While Holding Their Opponents to Just 56.1 PPG (A Nation Leading Scoring Margin of 28.9 PPG), Were 2nd in the Nation in Bench Points Per Game with 35.4 (37-0 In the Title Game, and Are Led the Nation in Blocks with 7.8 Blocks Per Game (297 Total!)

I have only seen two games in person over the last 10 years, both at home. And I have to say both were surreal. TV / YT / Robbie makes every game plain. But in the arena, the God-given talent is surreal, difficult to comprehend/absorb. When I visit Sea World, I worship God because I see the glory of Creation, apex predators like killer whales and dolphins. But in Genesis, the apex of Creation isn't any animals. The apex of God's Creation is humans, made in the image of God, capable of choice, capable of love, and capable of evil. Our obligation is to steward nature (killer whales and dolphins and so much more), but our primary obligations are to love God and to love our neighbors (made in the image of God humans). In God's priorities, your dumbest or most evil neighbor is more important than any killer whale. And your dumbest or most evil coworker is more important than any killer whale. And your dumbest or most evil boss or politician is more important than any killer whale, no matter how evil one such is at this moment. Even your avowed, political, military, or national enemies are more important than killer whales or sea horses. Or seaweed.
