Well to be honest alcohol or more specifically "bhang" a sweet alcoholic drink made with fruits is definitely a thing to experience. Bhang doesnt have any effectd at first but when it gets into the system, it well make u hella sleepy and u wont know up from down and right froom left. It gets better with sleep. Defiently a must try! Its really tasty drink. Especially in the summer sun during holi

Happy Holi everyone♥ Be proud you danced so hard to rip off the pant. Not many have pulled it off. Its literally is said to dance to break the dance floor but you have created a new category lol And yeah Holi is like that. I thought you knew what you are getting into. I prefer to stay indoors lol I had only been out in Holi once in my life. And yes if you are coloured people see you as an easy target of someone who wants to get coloured very well.

Play holi in smaller cities.
Holi in UP, Bihar and certain parts of Delhi are too extreme for foreigners.
(Best one will be the hill stations in the North e.g Himachal, Uttrakhand or even Rajasthan etc. )
Even many Indians don't prefer to go paly holi in those places because it is very overwhelming for many Indians.

Instead being foreigner alone, join street holi with a family. Just ask the female of any home to make you visit. They will definitely guide you. They will include you in their festuval for sure. No one will denay.

And although I know and I hear about the harassment and abuse experienced at Holi, I did not experience this so I can only share my experiences.
