    Directions from thrustmaster guys:
    Here are the directions it works on every thrustmaster wheel. You need plug it in to either the ps3 ps4 or the pc and wait for the auto center start up as it always does when turning it on. Then when it is done you turn the wheel all the way to the left until stop. Then all the way to the right until stop. Then you re-center the wheel yourself and then you press start, select, and mode all at the same time. You should be good to go. I've never seen it not work and after this it shouldn't happen again lol

    I had a problem much like this with my old Logitech Driving Force Pro. It was even centering incorrectly the same way as yours (to the left and the same amount of degrees). I think you fix it there by holding down both pedals (either that or hold Start and Select, I can't remember, lol) as you unplug and replug the wheel.

    [Thrustmaster TX on original Xbox One] For me this trick worked, but turning the wheel all the way right instead of all the way left. Turning it all the way left before calibration did not solved my problem. I think it may depend on where the wheel thinks the center is before recalibrate.

    • @atm31ac21
      @atm31ac21 4 года назад +3

      Alright
      So basically, with your wheel on and plugged into a PC, you must PERFECTLY centre the wheel as BEST as you can with your eyes. Try and get it PERFECT.
      Now if you have the regular stock T300RS wheel, with the rim centered as best as possible, you want to SIMULTANEOUSLY press the ST, SE and MODE button together. The racing wheel's LED briefly changes colour, then reverts to its initial colour.
      This means that the wheel's center value has been reset and automatically saved to the device's internal memory (you do not need to repeat the procedure every time you connect the racing wheel); this applies to all of the wheels (PS, GT, F1, 458 GTE, etc.).
      If you are on the GTE wheel or Ferrari Alcantara Wheel,
      For GTE and Ferrari Alcantara Wheel, press RADIO, RIGHT SHIFT PADDLE and MODE simultaneously.
      Hope this helps man!

      Also, someone below posted the following, which has worked for some people:
      "wait for the auto center start up as it always does when turning it on. Then when it is done you turn the wheel all the way to the left until stop. Then all the way to the right until stop. Then you re-center the wheel yourself and then you press start, select, and mode all at the same time. You should be good to go. I've never seen it not work and after this it shouldn't happen again"

    Does it matter if the wheel is not physically centred after the startup calibration? What I mean is mine ends up slightly to the right, but its actually reporting it as that e.g. around 51%. I then line it up myself and it says 50%.

    • @LMacNeill
      @LMacNeill  2 года назад +1

      If you line it up at the middle and it says 50% then you’re good to go. It’s when you line it up at the middle and it *doesn’t* say 50% that there’s a problem. 😊

    • @stovic1442
      @stovic1442 2 года назад

      @@LMacNeill OK. It doesn't stop at the middle after doing its spin, always to the right, but yeah when I then move it to centre its correctly 50 so all good then. Subtle difference. Wanted to be sure as its an Amazon Warehouse return. Thanks!
