@@FAMILIA-TVthat’s a tough call in some situations. The tow truck driver has cameras on his truck which helps tell the true side of the story. Some times it’s needed but not needed when ppl just want to be annoying jackwagons .

Sadly, tow truck drivers are frequently threatened during pickups. And here in Texas, many tow drivers carry pistols. And sadly, occasionally someone gets shot and killed. Suggest fighting it in court and not the tow driver. My opinion, drivers don't play....
Repo men/women see all kinds of stuff. It is like challenging a legit, in their prime, MMA fighter to "mutual combat", you're most likely going to end up on the losing side of the equation.
Shame on them. On top of everything else they are unfit parents. They need serious jail time.

From what I understand, he has become an American citizen in the last couple of years and has apparently been in the country for quite some time beyond the 1 1/2 - 2 years to complete the naturalization process. If you notice in the video, neither his 14 year-old son nor his younger brother share their father's accent, which indicates they've learned most, if not all, of their spoken English while in this country.

@@FAMILIA-TV Did you watch the video of him going into IA ( I think) and threatened them that the next time officers are seen around him and his family without him calling them for service, he will take it as a threat and retaliate against the officer? I have watched two videos on his channel where he is chasing at a high speed, police ? When the officer pulls over thinking the individual chasing them needs help? When the officer gets out and asks him why, he tells them " He pulled them over because they broke the law ". I'm telling you, he is going to hurt a officer one day. Not everyone has missed a payment on a loan. Even when my ex-wife left my sons and I when I got laid off from my job I never missed a payment. I wasn't even late for a payment. I was even able to keep my sons in 2 sports each season. Did I have to be very thrifty? Absolutely. By the way, I never got a penny in Child support either. I never asked nor received money from anyone. I took advice from my Father years before. He told me to never have payments exceed one persons salary. Did I ever have a new house? No. I did have a house that was in an older decent area and just big enough for my family. In the 50 years since I bought my first new car and all cars, boats, campers and houses since then I also have always paid off all loans long before the last scheduled payment. Both houses paid in full before the mortgage was 10 years old. Thank you Dad for that great lesson.
Yeah, these fools talk oppression and this and that. (out of control) Debt is slavery. Luckily I had good role models and learned early (mid twenties) not to spend more than I make. I've had debt for cars but paid it off early to avoid interest payments. CC debt is the worst but I understand when you've got no choice - make sure you have no choice though and not silly spending.

Law enforcement should not engage in litigating a situation with the frauditor (entertaining his distorted/incorrect "Legal" arguments). Save it for Court, and effect the application of the Law/Violation that prompted the Citation/Arrest. Simple........letting them spout their rhetoric/claims is pointless, and un-necessary. I'd really like to see the outcome of the Court Case on this one.
