Fantastic build I also have a merciless tank build that melts apocalypse, I use Ritualistis and Warden , energized neck coil, burden of the destroyer. Ahanae crystal, time keepers jewel, Generating band, I use charged wounds mutator , it melts everything but going try your build it might be better.
Swap Red Ring of Death for Probability Cord and Timewave for Thousand Cuts. More damage and thus more lifesteal. Also, the build falls apart if you let enemies gank up on you. Could use an option for more crowd control on your handgun. Best I can think of is Tremor. Otherwise, nice build/video.
If your main source of damage is ranged, I'd say probably crit is still king. But hey, just changing the ring and the mutator, your build gets better while still maintaining it's identity IMO, so it's a win/win. I also like your way of thinking trying to make something different. Keep the good work!
You mentioned having to reroll to get Jack of All Trades. Were you able to just keep rerolling the legendary 7 times without having to completely reroll the whole prism?
True. There are a handful of Yeasha bosses immune to bleed. As long as you can keep a status effects going you can keep up the haste and slow effect. You could swap to a corrosive rounds Blackmaw or Typewriter and a different amulet. That should be the only swap you'd need to make

Yes you can just reroll the legendary perk til you get the one you want
