They tried that in my Red state and made the news for getting his ass kicked and arrested for putting stickers on cars. I didn't see who kicked his ass but i did watch him get arrested after ambulance left. Somehow his phone got crushed and started to smoke, very scary it was
I would love to know what makes the biker the entitled one, when by the sound of it the car driver pulled out on him at the roundabout. Even if it didn't happen that way, that car driver (who is in a licensed taxi) would very likely have to pay for the damage via insurance, get a massively bumped up premium and I wouldn't be surprised if he lost his job and/or his driving license completely. I'll say it again, I'm really not sure the biker is being completely entitled. That car driver did not come out on top in that scenario driving over the guy's bike. That's going to cost him majorly
I have seen the proper video and that's exactly what happened. The driver pulled out, almost mashed into the biker, didn't acknowledge his mistake and drove on. The biker had every right to be angry
