actually Krillian was able to bang 18 as a result of a wish he made to the Dragon Balls, his first wish was to make her human, which the dragon said was impossible, his wish after that was to effectively remove her more harmful robotics.
The word "Android" is actually being misused in DBZ. In the original Japanese, Dr. Gero called his creations "Artificial Humans", and in truth they were an eclectic mix of true androids (like 16 and 19) and cyborgs (like Gero himself as 'Android' 20.) 17 and 18 were normal human teens that Gero kidnapped and turned into cyborgs, which explains most of why they went on to betray and destroy him. It also explains why 18, and IIRC 17 as well, were able to eventually have children of their own.
Wait, i just realized something, the reason that krillin’s wish to return 18 into a human didn’t work, ia because technically, 18 was already a human (with mechanical modifications, so that, in a biological sense, doesn’t change her race), so you can’t change something into the same thing.

@@CosmicPlatonixExactly. Androids 17, 18 and 20(Gero) are technically Cyborgs, whereas Androids 16 and 19 are fully mechanical - as mentioned when 16 said he never was a human unlike 17 and 18 who were - and would more accurately be called “Androids”.
So unless they had certain parts removed(which is not the case, but hypothetically), 17 and 18 would still be capable of having human children.
Long story short: Dr. Gero didn't uninstall the oven.
How do SO MANY people miss the scene when Goku sees Krillin's daughter for the first time and asks Krillin how that's possible and he basically tells him 18 is still biologically a human on the inside so she can have children? Like did I see a scene that literally NO ONE ELSE did?

5:05 An interesting thing to note, the games are generally pretty inconsistent about what "height" is in the pokedexes. Some are actually measured lengthwise, with Gyarados being over 20 feet long, while others are actually measured by height, like Gardevoir, which is 5'3" tall.
It can be assumed that Vaporeon is measured by height rather than length even though it has a long tail because the other Eeveelutions are measured by height. That would make it 3'3" tall, and that's assuming it's being measured to the top of its head. That also makes it one of the three tallest Eeveelutions, along with Espeon and Sylveon. However, it's also the heaviest Eeveelutions at over 60 pounds, making it way heavier than even the others in its height bracket. That tail is contributing a lot to Vaporeon's size, so it can be assumed that it is very long because of it. It's possibly at least twice as long as it is tall, which would probably put it at around or over six feet long. This is all just conjecture of course, but it's based off of how a lot of animals with long tails generally tend to be, like lizards, fish and cats. This would make Vaporeon not only the heaviest and one of the tallest of the Eeveelutions, but also the longest.
Now I'm realizing how big Vaporeon would actually be next to a real human. It's probably actually huge!
So a Vaporeon is roughly 6' long? Perfect length for cuddling, but still not the ideal Eeveelution for said cuddles. That would be Flareon. All that floof makes it the ultimate cuddle buddy.
Well when measuring most anything, people tend to use the longest dimension, be it length or height.

In all honesty I’m pretty sure the height of for instance vaporeon would actually be measured from bottom of the front foot to the top of the front shoulder. My reasoning for this being that’s how actual wild animals are normally measured. Which is further supported by the fact they measure limbless mon’s by length just like how snakes and fish are measured.

Also #17 and #18 are cyborgs, they have tech inside their bodies that prevents ki loss and gives them infinite energy, the tech is attached to their nervous systems. Krillin and #18 have a child because #18 is mostly human still despite the horrific experiment that made her an infinite energy android.
