Recipe :
170-180 g zucchini/young pumpkin without seeds.
1/2 lemon (juice 2-3 tbsp).
1 level teaspoon cinnamon.

80g almond flour.
20 g coconut flour.

a pinch of salt.
50-60 g erythritol.
4 eggs CO.
