For the classic Otto Octavius, my favorite voice would be Alfred Molina simply because I love that movie so much. It was my childhood and I will always hear Willem Dafoe's Norman Osborn, JK Simmons' Jameson and Molina's Doc Ock whenever I read the comics. That said, as Elseworlds versions of Doctor Octopus, Tara Strong and Tom Kenny were pretty good.
In my opinion, my favorite and definitive Doc Ock will always be Efrem Zimbalist Jr. However, I think Alfred Molina did a fantastic job portraying the character in film. I thought Spectacular's Doc Ock design was terrible, and as great as MacNicol was at playing the scary parts, at times his voice could get a bit too high-pitched for my liking. But he did leave us with one of the greatest quotes in anmimated Spiderman history. "TREACHERYYYYYYY"
