Thank you so much for putting these videos out, you're a pleasure to watch unlike some others out there attempting to do the same thing. You are to the point no bs'ing around. HUGE help.

Great stuff! I didn’t know I could instantly tune to a spot on the scope by tapping that spot. Also, your explanation of 9 to the right and left +1 in the middle made sense of Yaesu’s 19, 39, 79 configurations. Thank you!

Been trying to tell myself that I need to wait till the Black Friday or Christmas sales start before dropping $$$ for the FT-3DR. These videos are making my decision to wait more difficult by the day. LOL Once again, great video. Thanks for sharing these details and features with us. 73

If I need (without connecting it to the PC) to manually enter a frequency, is there no way to make the numeric keypad appear on the display? Thanks.

Hey man thanks for the video on the Band Scope! Great Stuff!
Question:: Is there a way to put the Band Scope on the Memories? I thought I saw that somewhere... Thanks in advance!
Iv'e had my FT3D for four days and I'm having a blast with it. So much new digital stuff to learn. - I'm new to the digital side so I'll be watching.
This radio is like a mini Base Station. The Squelch is smooth and really works! lol. I'm coming off 2 Baofengs to the Yaesu FT3D. SO MUCH BETTER!
Can you do a Comparison Video on the Yaesu FT3D and the Yaesu FTM300? They have the same looking Screen. Thanks Again! N8XLQ

I haven't been able to put the band scope into a memory yet. I've also upgraded from the baofeng to this. It makes a world of difference.

Great video definitely interested in this rig - something only slightly related, please invest in a smaller form factor BNC adapter, would hate to see your SMA shear from torque! That stack is higher than I would want to use when out and about. I found some that have the SMA go within the body of the bayonet rather than on top that have worked well. 73s Dave, M6NGQ

Good video, well done. However, that feature looks useless to me. The band noise is peaking the band scope to maximum. I doubt you would be able to differentiate much between noise and signals. It looks like a gimmick. Use a direct sampling radio with real-time band scope to see the band properly. These rigs that scan the band segment once per second and then display the results as blocks, lego or cartoonish characters doesn't do it for me
