I came to this video from your blog. My current problem is that there are single isolated knots and I cannot access the back because I buried all my loose ends in between the two layers of the baby blanket. Any recommendations about how should I anchor it? I have tried to bury some extra thread under other stitches but it was easy to pull the knot off.

      Hi Li,
I would suggest that you make tiny stitches (simple straight stitches) right under the french knots - so tiny that it holds the fabric, but hides under the knots before you bury the thread under other stitches. If you think making the tiny stitches under the knots is not working, you can try to make these tiny stitches under any other stitches you have used. The idea is to make a few stitches that will anchor the thread and the stitch in place before you leave it loose between the layers of the blanket. I hope my explanation makes sense. Let me know if it worked!

@@SarahsHandEmbroidery Hi Sarah! Thank you so much for your advice. Sorry for the late reply. You were very clear about the instructions but it took me many tries to achieve it due to my inexperience. My knots are in black(eyes of animals) so it was hard to hide them behind other colors. I made the anchoring stitches underneath and had to make 4 wraps to make the knots bigger to cover them up. But they are staying in place and holding strong. After this project I would definitely advice against hiding stitches between layers 😂because it actually took me much more time and effort than to add a backing to cover up the mess. However, I was so lucky to discover your amazing blog and your invaluable tutorial videos in the process! Definately will be continue to learn more❤
