Superbb...... superbb.......episode. 👌👌👌👌 लेकिन ये कहना न्यायोचित नहीं होगा कि LP के संगीत में veriety नहीं थी ! 'अमर अकबर एंथोनी' के सभी गाने different mood और situation के थे और सब के सब लाजवाब ! 'पर्दा है पर्दा' और 'शिरडी वाले साईं बाबा' तो आज तक भी iconic हैं ! ठीक उसी तरह 'धरम-वीर' का संगीत ! अलग-अलग mood के गाने और सब के सब melodious और आज तक लोकप्रिय ! हाँ, पर्सनली मुझे 'हम किसी से कम नहीं' उस साल का सबसे best album लगता है ! लेकिन LP के music को भी उस साल के बेहतरीन music में शुमार किया जाना चाहिए ! 'कल्याण जी आनंद जी' का संगीत उस साल average माना जा सकता है ! 'खून-पसीना' या 'अदालत' वगैरह के एक-दो गानों को छोड़ कर शायद ही कोई extra ordinery work हो उनका ! इन सब में मेरी सबसे पसंदीदा फ़िल्म 'घरौंदा' है ! जबरदस्त performance.....classic songs और कमाल की script और direction. कमाल का episode.....और आपकी presentation तो हमेशा कमाल की होती ही है.....राकेश जी ! 👌👌👌👍👍

This is definately the most interesting and entertaining episode. Just loved it. Well said about all the stars. As we can see this year belonged to Vinod Khanna, Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor as all three of them had 2 films in top 5, but the star of this year is definitely Vinod Khanna. In AAA Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi kapoor had more interesting and colorful roles whereas in Parvarish it was Vinod Khanna who stole the show. His character was indeed interesting as it was a grey character which later turns positive in the end. No doubt. AAA, Parvarish, Dharam Veer, were all very entertaining films. Hum Kisi Se Kum Nahin had some of the best songs and its music was the Highlight. Great to see Gharonda in the list. Indeed Dr. Shreeram Lagu stole the show in that film. Dulhan Wohi jo Piya Man bhaye was one of the best films by Rajashree banner. Rameshwari was underrated actress. She really acted well. Among actresses no doubt it was Nitu Singh who was the star with maximum films in top 45. And among Character artists it was Indrani Mukherji. Overall 1977 was arguably the most entertaining year of hindi cinema with 4 supehits by Manmohan Desai being the major highlight of this year.
So much hard work is involved in making each episode. You should not bother about what other people say in their negative comments keep on the good work.
It seems VK was a genuine person, concerned about his friends. Perhaps not meant for the cut-throat competition and dirty politics of film industry. I wonder how Khoon Pasina would have been with VK and Danny. I could barely watch this Amitabh's version.

Rakesh, like you said….Kinara was a Pancham special and even though I’m a big fan of Gulzar’s poetry and songs in Gharaonda, Naqsh Saab’s lyrics have stood the test of time and can applied to any generation. The line. “ Koi khwab oonchi makanon se jhaanke …. “ is still relevant and I always believed it to be Gulzar saabs style and just recently got to know it was Naqsh Lyallpuri. Rakesh, like you said….Kinara was a Pancham special and even though I’m a big fan of Gulzar’s poetry and songs in Gharaonda, Naqsh Saab’s lyrics have stood the test of time and can applied to any generation. The line. “ Koi khwab oonchi makanon se jhaanke …. “ is still relevant and I always believed it to be Gulzar saabs style and just recently got to know it was Naqsh Lyallpuri. Thanks for 1977, it’s the year I completed schooling and moved on to +1….lotsa memories
