Thank you for things that make us happy. I will feel happy when I wake-up early at 03:00 a.m. in the morning because this routine will makes my tasks done. This behavior will makes me feel appreciate everything. I will stop making complain. Everything becomes very nice and beautiful.
Happiness comes from surrounding circumstances but joy radiate from the heart it is more beneficial to be joyful, you can achieve that joy when you arrive at the peace of heart
Yes, I think happiness is truly a choice… Sometimes you have to smile even if you don't feel like it… Be kind and help someone else with their problems and before you know it you're grateful to have your own life‼️‼️🙋🏻🙌🏻😬👌🏻💫⚡️❣️👍🏻

Once was a man named Jae Jason said if I do this, I will be happy if I get that promotion I will be happy when I get married. I will be happy when I compare myself to him. I will be happy. He kept saying he will be happy but it never happened before he knew it. He was laying on his bed, wondering where all the time went, and Jae stand for stands for “just about everyone” don’t be Jae be you.
Most days I feel like I'm always mad at the whole world + on top of that I get really bad anxiety & it's my fault cause I did acid and I feel like it messed me up in a way. Life is especially hard for people who have anxiety
