What is condemnation and conviction?

- Come have a conversation about condemnation and conviction with me.
Condemnation is of the devil intentionally trying to draw you away from the Father. Where as conviction is awareness of your sin, and a deep desire to do what is pleasing to God.
I’m still really new to this RUclips stuff, my editing is not superb and nether are my speech skills. When I get fired up I say okay too much OKAY 🗣️ But I pray this can be encouragement to someone who may need this. Throughout our walk with Christ we will fall short, but anytime the devil is trying to draw you down in the pits of condemnation remember this,
“Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;”
Philippians 1:6 NKJV

Thank you Jordan, I knew the differences but I didn't know if you know what I'm saying. You really hit it on the nail and your explanation was on point. I fall short at times and do need to work on a few things but this really gave me the encouragement to know that God is patient with our sins, that's why we get conviction in our hearts. I needed to hear this, excellent topic of the day and a blessing!
Also I just want to let you know that your speaking skills are great. Continue doing your thing, I'll be praying that the lord will put the perfect words in your mouth to be an encouragement to others. I feel the holy sprit speaking through you, I can tell when I get the chills hearing you speak! I know you have a busy schedule but I do feel that you have an amazing calling!
About the bibles me and my mom have been doing the same. We've been focusing in a few churches in Mexico and were able to bless them with about 800 bibles last year. Most of which are going to the prisons. This month we are working on another batch of bibles to distribute in Mexico, my mom is currently there. Idk what it is about mothers but I wouldn't be where I am without the blessings of my mom.
Im sorry for such a long comment, I can keep going on but I have a busy work schedule as well. I do have a few topics of discussion, I'll save it for another day. Waking up to an encouraging video like this was exactly what I needed. Have a blessed day and I look forward for your next video! ✝️🙏

And yes I do know what you mean by already knowing but not knowing 🤣 I didn’t really know why God wanted me to go into this topic because I honestly felt it was so simple but I know I went through a few times in my walk where I was once that person who absolutely allowed the devil to blur the lines between the two and lately the Spirit has been putting it heavy on me that it’s a big problem right now. As many people begin to understand who the Living God is they are suffering from guiltiness and shame. Then to further show me that I saw a few videos here on RUclips the other day and some people in the comments were beside themselves scared they are going to hell because of the overwhelming condemnation they feel. So I knew I needed to talk about it but wasn’t sure how but when I really started to do my reading for it He just continues to show me more after more and a deeper meaning with how God really fulfilled the legal terms of the law with our sins. And after all He is a just God. How these two topics are literally night and day but we can (or let the enemy) often blur them together to where we don’t really understand. With the enemy heavy on peoples back right now with condemnation and guilt they get the idea of that this must be what it feels like to walk with Christ and that is the lie. And He simply told me to just speak on the actual definitions of them so when I looked them up I was actually blown away.
The video editor I was using while making the video at the same time was a little complex and it keep making it hard for me to keep my thoughts in line because it keep cutting but I think it ended up working out and the main point got across. Still a lot of learning to do for sure.
You know I’ve really been feeling a call to go somewhere like with missions even if it’s just short missions. I’ve looked into some of the bigger organizations that put on week or so long mission trips but I’ve just been waiting on God for that. Because you know I also have a busy work schedule and I’m actually dealing with really bad health issues right now so I figure if that is in His plans for me all i can do is be patient and wait until he makes it clear. I think that is so amazing you and your mom have been able to do that in Mexico! I feel the same as you I really don’t know where I would be without the blessings and prayers of my mother. If it’s helpful for me to even send you two or 3 or a handful of bibles for yalls mission please let me know. I have probably around 7 or 8 on hand but I feel like the more I can give away the more I will be able to order! Your message really got me thinking today, guilt and shame is something I have been getting attacked with from time to time. Distinguishing the difference I realized is super important to know, even though you think you know lol Its amazing how a message so simple can come a long way! Thank you again for today's topic!
I've never gone on a mission before, its something I've been looking into as well. I will keep you in mind regarding the bibles! Good tip on getting bibles Is going to your local thrift stores and buying them there. I haven't done it lately because I don't see as many homeless people in Utah but I make care packages and slip a small Bible in there for them. You will be surprised how many homeless are interested in seeking Jesus. Just don't go by yourself, usually going with a man seems to be the safest way.
