In this instance, knowing that the term is technically trademarked in China (go to 12:06), would you use this term? It seems like such a gray area, so I'd love to hear different perspectives on this! As always, thanks for everything! 💛💛💛
Hiiii...i lunched 7 days ago a bubch of campaigns for some of my books Which already have some sales ( automatic ads ) first days i didn't see any impressions...every 2 or 3 days i was going and increas the bid until the last one was (0,4) at this point i reached over 1800 impressions for 13 books and 2,94$ ads spend with 12 clicks and no order....the covers and the interior are AWESOME...the niches of these books are between 200 and 2k in the results and they have a pretty good demand...the price is similar to competitors...i did check every thing but i don't know what the problem is...i decreased the bid to ( 15 for all of them and 20 to 30 for some to see the difference and what will happen ) the daily budget is between 3$ and 5$....what should i do to have orders ?
Congrats on your sales!! That's exciting! As for the ads, I'm unfortunately not an expert in them and am trying to work out some of the kinks myself. However, it sounds like you're off to a great start. To get orders from your clicks, you may want to consider adding A+ Content to better entice the customer and help them fully understand what they'll receive with their purchase. The more information you can provide them, the better! I hope that helps!
Hey thanks for the video but I am still confused can you please guide me about single and common word being trademarked under 016 for exam I wanted to make a ledger book then I went and searched the word ledger it was trademarked under 016 then I wanted to make a money saving log found that the word money is trademarked no matter how many words I search its trademarked the word walking is also trademarked no matter how many good niches I find every word I search is trademarked 😭😅
Good question! I’d like to preface by saying I’m no legal professional, but as a KDP seller, I think it’s wise to just use your best judgment. I’m gonna quote KDP really quick here: “Generally, trademark laws exist to prevent customer confusion about the source of goods or services.” Think about the term “apple.” If you were to write a book about apple recipes, Apple (the company) couldn’t get at you for it. But if you were to create an Apple logbook for all the Apple devices you own (weird example, but you get the point), then you’ve got some potential legal issues. If a word is filed under 016 and is live, I’d avoid it. However, I will say, I think it would be smart to search for the whole book rather than just one word, like “ledger logbook” instead of just “ledger.” I feel like there’s a gray area around those one-word terms, and I think it’s more important what the whole term is rather than just a single word, since let’s be honest, every word is already trademarked anyway. Anyway, those are just my thoughts, so take them as you will! But please don’t get hung up-personally, I’d create the ledger logbook, but it all comes down to what sits most comfortably with you. :) Wishing you all the best! 💛

hello what do u think about "let's get high and color"
let's get high is copyrighted tho
can i work on this one?
thankk uu , i find mother's day coloring is trademarked so we can't publish in this niche or it's safe because it generic word?
I think you should be fine in this case, but I can't guarantee 100%. Trademark stuff is so tricky. 🤯
