    #SUBCONSCIOUSMIND #30FOR30CHALLENGE #REFUSINGTOSETTLE
You've heard me rant on this channel before that we have 60,000 thoughts a day, right? That's what psychologists have found out. I don't know if they had a guy hit a button every single time you had a thought. Sounds exhausting. Well, in this video I want to dive deep into the subconscious and
the unconscious mind. And if you're like, okay, you know, I've already heard that before, or give me
something new. We're going to illustrate it with the journal here in the second camera. I have set up all
these fricking pens for you. Really dive deep and merge so many different concepts. So by the end of
this video, I guarantee that things will be clicking for you in a totally different way. This is Clark with
refusing to settle. Let's get in to this week's soul Sunday.
Refusers. Welcome back to soul Sunday. Excuse the, uh, it's not that bad. It's going to say messy. Terros
out of bounce house with my girlfriend's niece all day, jumping up and down like crazy. Diving in foam
pits. Ooh, good thing you can't smell through the camera yet. There's a daily dose of cringe. All right,
let's even to this let's, let's not set it up with not too much setup time. We're going to be talking about
three things. Okay? The conscious mind, the subconscious mind, and the unconscious mind and how
these actually hold you back from the life you want. Or just like if you understand them, you have a key
and it unlocks all of change. I credit a lot of my energy shift and these videos and all the stuff to this
content. Um, over the past, I don't know how many weeks I've really been diving deep into it.
So if you want to make change in any area, health, wealth, relationships, this is the reason you can or
can't, can, you don't want to ignore this video. You don't want to skip this one. So anyway, let's keep it
short. Clark, here's the beautiful journal. Let's get into this. You guys ready? Arts and crafts with Clark
time. This right here is not Africa. This is your mind. And Freud was actually the first person to my
knowledge, to pioneer this. Sigmund Freud, the guy who was obsessed with his mom, right? And
thought everything was about sexual desire and edging. We're going to talk about this iceberg in this
video. So there's three parts to the mind. So Ford thought it was the ego, the superego, and the ID.
Recently, most psychologists and spirituality, [inaudible], metaphysics, they call it these three things. So
right up here, just just like an iceberg, right?
This is water. You have your conscious mind, all right? This is responsible for about 10% five to 10% of
your waking thoughts. So that is the tip of the iceberg, okay? So of your 60,000 thoughts around three to
6,000 thoughts a day are conscious. These change, these are things like again, willpower, goals,
decisions, actions, plans, analysis, anytime you have to think about things, um, that's where it is. And a
lot of people in the self development space, they watch a lot of videos about setting goals and how to
motivate yourself to not procrastinate, how to get more willpower, how to force yourself to take action.
Now let's dive deeper into this iceberg. Just like 90% beneath the surface, right? Sometimes even more.
This is where the real controlling factor of your life is happening. It's not appear. It's in here. All right, let
me set this up a little more.
This is like deep water on below. Next up we have your subconscious mind, and this is about a, you
could say 50 to 60% of your thoughts in a given day is subconscious. They're not conscious, like a good
example of subconscious mind. This is what happens when you're asleep. This is what psychologists say
you develop from the ages of zero to six years old. This is where all your values and beliefs and societal
norms get developed and it controls a majority of your life is subconscious. So if you want to make
change right now, I hope you're seeing is it better to go after the...

My favorite topic, I like that more people are starting to talk about this. Deeper level subconscious reprogramming is the only real way to facilitate long term changes. I completely changed my mind and thoughts accidentally 5 years ago by binging on lots of self-improvement videos and audiobooks before bed. It's really amazing how malleable the brain is.

Back in the days we used to schedule study sessions at 3 am, the assimilation wud go thru the roof. I study religions so I stumbled upon a verse in the Quran about early morning prayers and the reading of the Quran at those wee hours and rememberance of God at that time, when the heart and mind are at one. Then i stumbled upon a saying of Prophet Muhammad that the prayers at those hours hit mark as an arrow reaches its target. (always accepted).
These videos give out excellent explanation.

I just with thru a bad break up about a month ago, finding your channel is impacting my life . This girl means everything to me I’m 37 and her leaving me for something I did it woke me up, like a true spiritual awakening. Like any woman before her I would of just moved on find a quick replacement and not care about who I was . I now realize I was living in a repeat cycle stemming from child hood trauma and past break ups. I am now on a journey to find my higher self and hope one day my ex will see the changes I’ve been making along my journey. I don’t know what the future will bring us back together or not. I do know that regardless of that outcome I will be a great man that will become a great husband and a great father . I now realize money isn’t everything or materialistic things don’t really bring happiness. I want to be a man of integrity, humble, capable of giving real love, honest , compassionate. I sent my ex the video about masculinity and femininity. I think I was never in true touch with my feminine side and that made me ruff around the edges and not able to be in touch with my feelings and push away anyone I’ve cared about before . This all has been a crazy eye opener. I now mediate, use words of affirmation, reprogramming my subconscious to have the life I deserve, why because I am worthy , I deserve to be happy and to give and receive love living the life I want full of joy! Thanks again Clark!

Thank you so much for your program. You asked for comment, and here is mine. I have a desire that I have been working on and off of for at least a decade. I work on it intently for a few weeks, life gets in the way, and I stop doing my meditation, or working on my desire. Then, I go back to it. I can see a change each time I start back. Recently, I start back, intent to make this work. I prayed for my desire. Result was: I KNEW it worked it clicked. I was HIGH for a week. Scarey and spooky. But I have never felt such happiness. Then, 6th day. I'm in tears. Anxiety is off the charts. So. Now, I am trying to regain the momentum. I'm going to go back in. Not sure what will happen this time. Thanks again. Enjoyed your channel. Any suggestion, much appreciated.

I’ve been watching a lot of Jordan Peterson, and stumbled across this channel. Very insightful. You have to Write your vision and move forward towards it everyday. Articulate who you want to be. It’s the story of your life. Will your story be a tragedy or a Hero’s Epoch? You have to set your sights upward and move towards that vision. And it’s not an easy thing to do, but nobody said it would be easy. The heroic path is paved by sacrifice; the sacrifice of who you are to become everything you could be, to pursuit that which is meaningful not expedient. And it’s a treacherous path, it is not easy to follow, but it’s the straight and narrow, right? The path less traveled…

Currently, I'm in my early 50's, and I have a plethora of childhood traumas, to the point where my first suicide attempt occurred at 7 years of age (there were three attempts before I became 21). I have learned much of what you're teaching here through experience and logical thought, neither of which I had when I was younger. Learning about these concepts is fruitless unless one puts the action in (this, incredulously, I had to learn the hard way). I've managed to find a technique to tap into my subconscious, and have dealt with the past traumas, but i would strongly suggest doing this with someone else, either a therapist, a close friend, or Mr. Kegley himself perhaps, because sometimes, our minds can't distinguish between the current and past realities that we carry, and we can end up with a 7-year-old mindset in a 52-year-old body (not fun, and that's putting it mildly). But please, for everyone's benefit, take some action, and make things better for yourself.

Aha! Clouds! Thoughts! When I am meditating I never know what to do with all of the thoughts and memories that disturb what I believed was supposed to be a calm and peaceful time. But now, thanks to your analogy, I can see them as clouds flowing by on a breeze. They take a shape. I can name the shape. And then I can watch it flow away or change into something else. But I cannot control a cloud or it’s shape or it’s movement, so I just notice it and wait for another cloud that may happen by. If this “cloud” follows me home, then I can study it until it makes sense. And when I am done with it, I will use my own breath and blow it away.
    Thank you!

So important topic but often overlooked. I am PSYCH-K® facilitator and often during my work with clients we discover many subconscious beliefs especially from childhood that they were not aware of. Majority of time it's not a lack of motivation or action but our own beliefs undeneath that control our lives and create blocks on the way.

Clark, I absolutely understand what you are saying. I was sick for 12 years. I decided my deteriorating health needed to change. Part of my problem was self beliefs and emotional pitfalls. I was determined to walk without a caine. I did that. I was determined to let go of my old self and my old feelings about who I was. I accepted my situation and took credit for my own actions. Then I did trauma work. I worked on walking distances and getting in nature regularly. I moved to a better place, which was simply downstairs so that I no longer walked up and down long steps. I worked through my fears backwards, finding roots to fears, feelings, and beliefs. I had to see that those ideas were not mine but echos of others. I worked inside out and found me. These techniques you discuss really work. Also, not only do I love exercise but I love journaling.

Clark, your videos have occasionally popped up on my home feed, given that I routinely search and digest content around self-awareness. A large part of my life has been spent studying myself as a journey of understanding what my purpose is in relation to the world. My core values include learning, teaching and helping others, so I believe that purpose is similar to what you share with the world.
A few days ago I watched your "How to Unf*ck Your Life" and I became your newest follower. You deliver a profound message in an 'easy to relate and apply' method. I love your enthusiasm in this.
I am thankful for your work and the amount of effort it has taken you to reach your goals, while also providing warm, non-judgmental insight on how each of us have the power to shift what limitations we accept and live by.
I looked into your course and I very much wish to be a part of it. However, when I got honest with myself, I realized that my life would not facilitate your program at this time, and instead I will study and apply some of your lessons first, in order to unf*ck my life up enough to become applicable to attending your workshop. I can't wait until that time comes!
Thank you again for your content, and for sharing your authentic self with the world; you're making a great impression!

    DUDE!! TAKE MY SOUL!!
Man I stumbled upon this channel about a week ago. Been watching at least 2 of your videos per day (except yesterday 23/09/22). I could've eeeasily commented on every video, but this one had so many ah-ha moments. This put me in a flow state - euphoric!
I'm an over thinker and over analyzer. I had seen your other video where you explained the waves:
    👉🏾 Beta
    👉🏾 Alpha
    👉🏾 Theta
    👉🏾 Delta
And whenever I catch myself over thinking, I start saying to myself, "you a beta bitch, go alpha!" Or I'll mumble "beta beta beta ..." and then start breathing deeply.
I also liked your other video about the 10 habits you adopted. The first one was - "loosen up" - and that hooked (even though you spelt it incorrectly 😉) ... and so I've been reminding myself to loosen up...chill out.
But this one ... I liked YOUR explanation of "watching the clouds" ... I'd heard that before, but how you explained it resonated hard. Especially also cos you related it to science, and how meditation induces Theta waves.
You're also tooo real. Big fan of your energy and your vibes. It makes your work seem effortless.
I could go on and on because I'm a rambler, but I'll leave it and Thank you very much, Clark!
Oh wait...I really liked how you also mentioned your higher self, and aligning with that over time. Atomic habits and 2% change in navigation.

Hey man. Only been watching your stuff for past two days, but already experienced something that’s grabbed my attention in a way that’s something new. Did some crazy breathing cycles with you yesterday and for the first time feel like I’m genuinely in a head space to loosen my grip up on the traits of mine that have provided me personal proof that ship turns to coffin once you steer on top of the rocks...the same grip, though, I’ve used to navigate the narrowest of rivers through unforgiving desserts and reached the peaks of some mountains prior to my ability to appreciate them. Just wanted to say thank you

Well done, Clark! Most of the creators in this realm focus only on beta and alpha waves so your explanation was very interesting, clear, and easy to understand. The subconscious mind is SO powerful and I am grateful that more and more people are becoming aware of its life changing capabilities. I was a heavy drinker and was able to stop after just one hypnotherapy session and daily meditation. I felt a little guilty that it was so easy for me! Thank you for you contribution to this world! I had to become super aware and willing to change asking for help with humility and then Rising up AS IF..one thing that helped me tremendously was to stop claiming these emotional states. I had to change the way I spoke to myself, about myself in my head and aloud..I no longer say...its just MY anxiety or I have depression..I wasn't allowing it to just be a fleeting feeling. It can feel enormous sometimes like a giant wave crashing down but now I remember that waves come in and then they go back out..I was living on an ocean of emotion and thanks to you and seeking other mentors I'm learning how to surf! Ride the waves my soul sisters and brothers..I'm here with you and I love you..

This resonated with me on a lot of different levels. On a conscious level I have a morning routine that gets me into a very good mindset, but on a deeper level it can be sabotaged, and I end up flicking through netflix, e.t.c, I know change isn't easy over the last 4years I have come from being a total liability to now being a responsible father and a good person, I just didn't realise how deep traumatic experiences and negative beliefs about myself and life in general could go. I am in this for the long haul and I do like what you have to say and the language you use . Keep on keeping on people. 🙏

I’m reading Becoming Supernatural by Joe Dispenza. Amazing book! Especially the part about the body becoming the mind… the body adapts to being comfortable creating our daily habits, so nothing ever changes in our life because the body becomes the master.

Hi Clark! So I have been following Joe Dispenza and Bruce Lipton since January. I have heard in one of their videos, not sure which one said it, that they say when we are in between still awake and falling asleep mode we go to that level, the delta state. Listening to affirmations or positive things while you are falling asleep is the best thing to do to remove that stress, fear, trauma ect. Of course it has to be 21 days consecutive so it can be affective.
Thank you for your videos! You are in my top 5 people I love listening too for personal development!

I watching more videos from you because you are very helpful and clear this for me the best way. Maybe other people saying the same thing but I don't get them. Our mind works differently. I am glad to find you and have the same mindset so I understand a lot of things better and in more coherent ways. Thank you. Keep going. You helping a lot of people like me.

I struggle with procrastination. It is my blocker. It has become very obvious that there is something buried deep in my subconscious that frightens me to my core. I live alone but on the rare occasions when I must sleep in proximity to other people, I have to warn them that I often wake other people up with what I am told is an eerie ghostly cry in my sleep. I wake up scared and I remember nothing but the feeling of terror. As far as my memory is concerned, there is nothing I remember happening in my life that made me feel that way. I’ve resisted being put under hypnosis because my mind let me forget it for a reason. That’s my excuse. I’ve been trying to do all this inner work and I think I just realized that my trauma response is to freeze and I am going to be stuck in it until I get to the bottom of that blocked out trauma. Now I feel convicted, which sounds like a bad thing, but it’s actually really good. It will force me to take action to heal my trauma. This has been very helpful and I am feeling appreciative. Just wanted you to know your videos have nudged me in the direction of my higher self. Thanks.

Clark, I LOVED this episode. It kept making me think of Shamanic Journeying or shadow workers. I imagined these healers like a diver in the ocean, going deeper into the subconscious or "underworld" . Man, that's fascinating..... I would love to see you do a video on (shamanic) Journeying. I know practically nothing about it but I imagine it's like a trace/deep mediation/astral projection/remote viewing/ and all the Claire's, all in one. I'm sure that's inaccurate, but all the more reason for you to do a video. ❤️🙌

If you repeat to yourself something regularly like: "It is normal for me to be a millionaire", then you create a habit (because of the regularity of the repetition), so you start programming your subconscious mind from the conscious mind by deliberately repeating such statement

Hmmmm, because logically if we all repeat to ourselves "it is normal for me to be a millionaire" then we can all become millionaires or would it take the federal reserve to just start printing money to where the dollar drops really low? People lie to themselves all the time just to feel good. Maybe you mean "it's normal to FEEL like millionaire? Then again, does money make us happy? No, it's false hope!

Having the awareness that most of our daily thoughts are in the beta wave length , has helped me realize why I have certain tendencies or habits . I would drink , to put my mind at ease . But time would seem to speed up time , and I wouldn't be productive . I have found , in my beginning stages of meditation , time seems to pace itself , and I can bypass my speedy thoughts and find some calm and direction for myself . As for my daily self , I have found ' Being Here Now ' , being apart of now , has really helped me get over my constant worries of , what's going to happen next , or the unknown . Thanks for the videos Clark .

Sooooo needed this, my counselor got me into your channel based on my beliefs... history of severe trauma to age 18 I def have deep-rooted stuff, ignoring it thru my 20's with other aides... [NYC clublife {if you ever saw Party Monster the movie, I'm 2 generations after- not to the murder extreme but lifestyle very similar] Of course, it didn't help long-term obviously, [though it did open my mind] Now as an adult needing to break the habits and realizing it's not going to fix overnight - your 2% analogy is right on! Keep posting and I'll keep sharing. Glad you decided that you can impact ppl, because you're right - seeing it from someone we can relate to, makes it seem less impossible :) I'll def be looking into your course... TY

I just had a dream about lots of food on the gas cooler and I heard a voice not to worry and start giving it away, but because i am a logical person I tried to find out where all that food is coming from. As soon as I woke up, I understand the dreams to start giving without giving concern to what I have and my purse is going to be replenished. What's so amazing is that diffirent people I have heard from in ages started asking me for financial help. And as soon as started giving, what bothers me much started getting clearer.

You do have a unique perspective Clark, and you're right-you're not too young to add value. What's the saying? I think it goes, "You're never to old to learn, and you're never too young to teach" I think that's it. I've geeked out on Dr Joe for a long time as well as the other 2 Amigos.
