Because most boss in the game deal area attack, he can only reflect 4: Gul-thak, Myconid, Blackburn, and miniboss ceberus. Note that the chance is much lower for boss attack (for balancing purpose I guess). His skill also has 3 level, up grade as he reach lvl 4, 7, 10. Lvl 4 start with 20% chance of reflecting 100% damage, increase by 20% more chance and 50% more damage for each upgrade. This skill is by far the most OP "dodge" skill ever in the entire kr series.

He's especially OP when you get him early in the game (I own the Steam version so he's the first hero you unlock). He makes several levels surprisingly easy, and beating the Juggernaut is not difficult whatsoever.
He's a multi tasker alright run him with barbarians and some covering fire and he's almost impossible to take down if you are not stupid enough to let him be in rage of enemies like shadow archers

he's one of the few heroes who can beat sarelgaz's son in a 1v1 battle, make it difficult for cerberus, damage spectral knight, and have good armor 😉
he is the best duelist in the game, highest effective hp in the series, and can solo cerberus, gulthak, and blackburn.
