I have a Polaroid and I am planning to buy this one because with the Polaroid you never know if you are getting a good picture or if the sun is going to ruin the picture but with this printer you get to retake a picture of it comes out bad or someone blinked you don’t have to waste money and photos

i just bought this and let me tell ya!! i love it so much! i have a polaroid camera... but i like this so much better! i can edit the photos right on my phone! this is a little pricey... but it’s totally worth it!!

@@aia1190 Its a little on the pricier range. With the photo printer and the films combined it prolly came up to $150 (that's for the 60 pack of film I bought) But I think its such a great purchase! I love being able to take edit my pictures before I print them. Before I got this, I would waste so much money on polaroid pictures that didn't turn out like I planned. I think in the long run, I ended up saving money because I got the most out of my film! hope that answers your question :)

No need. The SP2 is better. The photo quality is better and so is the build. There's a reprint button too. The app might be worse than the new mini link but it's still good.

And I just got my Instax mini Liplay too! :( I must agree that using Bluetooth makes it far easier to connect my Liplay to my phone for printing vs WiFi on my SP-3.

The USB charging is also nice but too bad you can't use it with Fuji cameras like with previous models.

I just got this today and when I switch on the instax mini link it turns yellow and then the led turns off does that mean it's on or off?
Definitely looking into this after it was announced that the Switch will be using it.

You can use it anywhere - it only uses the wireless connections in your phone. It doesn't need wifi at home, or work.
hey Gordon, all my pictures coming out of the instax mini link is all overexposed.. is tehre a way to fix this?
To be honest I've found this on many Instax models, it just seems to be the style or boas, so you'll just have to feed it slightly under-exposed images to compensate.

I much prefer the analogue Instax cameras over those that print digital shots. Something about the effect you get can’t be replicated when taking a digital shot
Exactly, it's quite unique and of course that one print is the only copy.

Worst investment was my instax camera. Pictures are always crappy only 1 in a million is decent. This is such a better option. I regret going with the camera Version!
Does this work with the newer iOS 13.2 iPhone update ? Because I have gotten the instax share sp-2 fujifilm printer for a long time and it was working and now it stop working because it doesn’t work with the new update :( is this printer work better with the new update ?
I'm not sure as I'm not an iOS user, you'd have to check the Fujifilm website or app details on iTunes to confirm.

Do you know how to remove the film when you accidentally loaded it to the printer in the wrong orientation? 😭
The prints aren't light sensitive until the pouch at the bottom is squeezed during printing, so I reckon you'd be ok to open the back, pull out the cartridge and pop it back the right way. Good luck!

Honestly I recommend a intax printer over the intax camrea because with the intax camrea it might be a bad photo and would be a waste of film, but with the intax printer you take the photo on your phone and when you find a picture you like it's nice

@@cameralabs Thats true! I never know why the intax camrea is more "Popular" than the intax printer. You can bring it anywhere (Not like you can't with the intax camrea) What your talking about in the video is true! They has very fun edits and you can edit about anything on it. Personal I never had a intax camrea and I never really knew any "Special" things about it. The intax camrea is overrated the intax printer should get more noticed. Sad that the intax camrea is more "Recommend" than the intax printer.
@@theonewhonamemustnotbespok7579 I do like the way the cameras produce unique prints and I appreciate some people value that aspect - that there is only ONE print of that shot, unless you scan or reshoot it. Kids in particular value that control over their imagery.
my instax mini link connects to the app but does not recognize film at all, and also will not release the black cartridge or make a sound when being replaced. Any tips on how to fix it bc I've tried resetting it and nothing works

Thanks for sharing this my trusty instax sp1 finally called it quits and looking for a replacement. This is definitely a leap forward, not having to buy CR2 batteries and the WiFi connection is a godsend!

Yes it prints photos that you have taken with your mobile phone.

The image quality is potentially the same as the SP2, it depends on the images you feed them.

It wasn't thaaaaat dark in there. I didn't think it'd be a big issue for it. Butt yes, the footage did look good.

Hello I have mini link with a brand new film but all the pictures I take are pitch black,I have contacted Fuji with no joy.. do you have any idea how to fix this please?
the first picture is meant to be black, but the others should come out fine unless they have been exposed to light before use - perhaps after the first picture came out black, you might have accidentally exposed the film to light by opening up the film section to check it? hope you get it sorted either way
Does it happen with other cartridges? You'd need to try another to k ow if it was the printer or not
Gordon Laing I’ve tried 3 separate cartridges,2 from a few months ago and 1 from a brand new pack I bought on Tuesday and still all the pictures are black.. there are no damage marks on the brand new printer or box it came in so I really don’t know what the problem is

Just got mine. Easy to use no problem with connection. Unfortunately some of my prints are coming out over exposed even though they are not on the original any suggestions on how i can fix this please?
It's more about anticipating how the printer reacts, then adjusting your photos on your phone before hand, so it sounds like you'd need to make them deliberately a bit darker

The print style is the same as any other INSTAX Mini, except you're feeding it potentially better quality images form your phone

Green/Blue lines started appearing over every photo I print now, is there any way to fix this so they don’t show up?
Sounds like a problem with the print head that exposes the paper. You'd need to return it to Fujifilm.

If you want them to contribute images then yes, they'll all need to download the app - it's free though.

This technology does not use ink, it is a chemical process within the photo film. So the only thing you'll ever need to reload is a new cartridge of Instax Mini film after every 10 photos. Other than that, there is no limit to the number of photos you can print.

I got it and it works really well but I put in my second film after the other film ran out and I put the film in but the app says there is no paper in the printer but there is because I put it in and matched the yellow line to the other yellow line but it doesn’t work this time!
Can you swap the paper out before it’s all used? I see they do a b&w paper so it’d be nice if you could swap between colour and b&w.

@@Yosser70 I like the square prints from the SP3, plus the direct wifi to Fujifilm cameras, but if you don't have a Fujifilm camera, it's really down to which shape you prefer
@@cameralabs I've actually just switched over to fuji but think I'd print from the app more, so I can edit in lightroom first. The SP3 is nice but it's near twice the price of the Link at the moment.
