When splitting, why do some casinos make you play the first split hand until bust or stand and only then give the other split card a second card? Other times I see it done as they do in this video. Ty

They deal to one card and then you play that card, When you've finished with that card they then deal a second card to the second 2H Their method would give you a total 18 on the right hand 2H. i.e. 2H + 7D + 9D and 21 on the left hand 2H i.e. 2H +10S + 9S
Hello can I ask what if after doubling down and only gettting 10 for example having 5 and 3 then doubling down and get a 2. Is this consider you lose your wager because it is less than 12 or you still can win if the dealer is busted?

Shouldn't the deal get a card faced down, with two card on the dealers end? Why did the dealer get only one? Thats... unusually odd.

What happens with your insurance if the dealer wins the hand but without a blackjack
If you have insurance, but the dealer does not hit 21 then you lose the insurance bet. You can still win your main hand, however.
You should have doubled on both.

Double down card gets dealt horizontally.
hmmm two vague videos in a row. So the extra chips you placed after splitting come from the house or the player? you kinda glossed over that
That would be player money. He was just giving you an example of what the player would do
