      Funny enough, when I look up on google about the electric guitar and multitrack recording, it seems as though his name is hardly mentioned. He is the reason for music today

    A multi track recorder is actually multiple recorders running all at once, just like a train is actually multiple cars moving as a single device
    But Les Paul owns the credit for promoting this, back in the days where nobody thought of "overdubbing" or the need to change the instrumental ballance later on
    Or maybe the singer wants to try a better take while the guitarist assumes he can't do any better
