David Lucas is terrible
100% Vulcan was a WAY better venue for Kill Tony. Comedy Mothership is 1/10th the size and ruined the Vibe. Also Hans Kim absolutely sucks now. Before bucket pulls could chill at the front of the venue and hear everything now they sit in an alleyway and don't know what has previously been happening throughout the show ruining potential material they could use. Also the camera shot of the guests coming to the stage was awesome now they cant do that anymore. The stage is simply way too small, the audience is 1/10th the size ruining the atmosphere compared to what Vulcan was. Ya I get it, it's Rogan's new club but it's simply not designed for a show like Kill Tony.
Hans has always sucked dick, I've never seen a funny comedian on kill tony. They are all trash.
It's literally perfect for kill tony
I also liked to see the comics make their way to the stage.
The garbage podcast In my personal opinion sucks. I tried to watch that a few times.... unwatchable.

I think it went over people's heads when Joel acting like Tony said "we are moving to North Korea they are more complacent there". Watching some of the old episodes I noticed Tony does act like a dictator.

Old band was cool but they kinda took away from the actual point of the show, which is to find new talent… they bombed more than they hit now it’s more focused on the guests of the show

What guest? the regulars take 3 spots, the golden ticket winners come in every other week. They get like 2 or 3 bucket pulls a show now, and word is those are rigged now.

“Jeremiah is dangerous”, I always thought he is a bit of a narcissist, I find his stage presence distracting, in a bad way, I feel he comes across like he thinks he’s the smartest person in the room. The band should be an accessory to the show, not own the show.

And the way she laughs at Mike's outrageous and over the top stuff is perfect, and important.

The first Kill Tony episode (602) at Rogan’s Mothership didn’t work because there was no band and too much centering on the (unfunny) guest appearances. And then the episode (605) with the old band wasn’t a hit because there were too many people on stage competing for attention. But every other episode of KT at Rogan’s club has been a hit. The Adam Ray and Shane Gillis episodes were funny. But Redbar is right about Tony Hinchcliffe looking desperate for control like he’s always been since gaining notoriety out of LA. So many of the pre-pandemic episodes of KT are hits. Different times…
Adam’s episode was subjectively the best one at the mothership so far. Tonight has Ian Fidance. Hoping it’s a good one.

The best part about the old band was getting to hear Joel roast all the comics. And he would get so intense for the Mexican drum off. So fuckin hilarious. In this episode they didn't even give him a microphone lol. Also Tony is like a male Ellen DeGeneres

The old band is a major reason that episode was so hard to watch and so terrible. They were always incredibly unfunny to the point of just being flat out annoying to even hear come over the mic. I couldn’t say enough bad things about them being on the show and it would be hard for me to come up with anything good about them being there.

Unless you’re being critical of Redban, you’re missing a big part of why the show has struggles. People say Hans Kim is done after 2 weak minutes but Redban hasn’t been funny really ever on the show. He seems like a good producer, an idol for gamers and creeps but not a comedian.

The real episodes push 6+ hours , and all of them are good. He operates off his own website, which is great, because there is no censorship, or decline in quality. Some episodes are behind a paywall, but he gives a decent amount of them out for free.
