Her fans eagerly anticipated this day and bought chickens themselves to eat with her. However, she had to cancel at the last minute because she was sick. With no stream, everyone's chickens went cold. (Apparently this caused some controversy in fandom but I won't go into that also bc idk anything about that lol) A year later, Dec 2022 she announces she'll make up for this by properly doing a Christmas chicken stream. She does end up doing the stream but she had fun trolling chat first by being 10 minutes late to the stream, casually tweeting on her second Twitter account about something completely unrelated during that 10 minute timeframe, and just overall pretending to forget about the promise she made lmao. Anyway Marine likes to occasionally poke fun at this incident lmao

When I first found out about it I googled it and found a Japanese blog referencing a copypasta about how the writer's plans for the day got ruined because of Pekora canceling the stream. I _think_ that might've been what made it popular as a meme, but I'm rarely ever on twitter plus I'm not part of the JP fandom so I'm super out of the loop
I did pretty good keeping score for the song and math minigames, but I completely zoned out and got distracted during this one for no apparent reason. Now, I have eyes like a hawk when it comes to scorekeeping (usually I keep score for CDawgVA's crane game videos by counting the number of items he and his opponent won), but I had a hard time hearing the names during the stream, and thus the couldn't count which Mem got which pose correct. Ah, well, at least I redeemed myself with the clip (at least, I hope I did).

@@GlideAndSlide123 nah, Marine just explained that at first it was just supposed to be Marine and Pekora but Ina was coincidentally there at the time so they thought might as well.
