Meaning, they still after over 2 1/2 year's with propaganda. They still believe what responsible politicians want them to believe, nothing more. It's a reason why they have taken control over media platforms, it's because it's responsible politicians most important and powerful tool. They know how easy it is to fool their own citizens 😢

"You are not alone" M. Jackson. Scandinavia is competing with the Baltic chihuahuas to be the most loyal NATO members. The curse of having had reasonably good governments for decades has made people believe in the politicians. The Swedish defence minister said in the parliament that Sweden is changing a 200 year old policy and going all in for defending US. He also said that he thinks Swedish weapons and troops can be used to invade Russia. A 200 years old tradition broken just like that. No discussions, no referendum. Politicians with low IQ and an inferiority complex they hide by barking the most. Sad.
Lol its obviously a loose loose situation, hundreds of thousands die on both sides or become crippled, cities beeing destroyed, economic future of both countries is destroyed, I dont see how anyone will "win" even if Russia takes Kiev....
Ukraine "don't want to attack civilians or residential".... are you kidding, have you not witnessed exactly that from their side, before anyone even evacuated? Based on what they have done since 2014 in Donbas and LPR, i would not bat an eye at that statement.
Since the SMO began civilian casualties due to war on either side have been far less than anyone would have predicted. Both sides put US operations to shame. They're operating with implict if not negotiated cooperation to save civilians. I know it may appear bad when TV news focuses up close on a crying girl or blubbering grandpa for sentimental shock. But the objective data proves the US has been lying all this time about inevitable "collateral damage" they've conditioned us to accept. A good example: Few days ago western reporters covered a scene of burning vehicles in a parking area between apartment buildings, in Sumy I think it was. So of course they focus on the most aggrieved civilians they can find, promising cash compensation if the performance is good enough to be put on air. But here there were no deaths, and just two unspecified injuries (not filmed). How could this be? The strike came after everyone was inside their homes asleep, is how. That's intentional. Also on film you can see damaged cars with the military "north" triangle hastily spray painted all over them - clearly marked military objects... the news crew failed to edit that out. But despite efforts to make a propaganda story of innocence vs. brutality this shows both sides taking pains to keep this war targeted on the combatants.
I like how Zelenskiy wats to trade losses in Pokrovsk direction by capturing Kursk, when it's all late and the offensive is the same as in the Volchansyk: The more you advance - The more losses you suffer.
Why Dima do not report about massive surrender of UKR soldiers in last two days on Kursk front, more then 200 soldiers surrendered on direct line of contact, and they are all saying the same thing in videos, how they were dropped by combat vehicles and forget on their positions, they lost communication with command in back, last time when they manage to have contact, they were told to hold positions and to loot for food and water, if they decide to withdraw back, they would all go to marshal court and be shot for treason. So many videos on Telegram and on YT even you can find about this weekend surrenders from UKR soldiers, but nothing about that here.

The bridges are a problem, but hardly a critical one, imho. RU can't bring up heavy tanks but they don't need them, as AFU don't have that many anyway. This Kursk incursion force is extremely APC/IFV/Armored Car heavy; it was optimized for mobility, sacrificing armor for speed. Notice how few Bradley's we've seen over the past week, in favor of wheeled Strykers/Maxxpros/Mastiffs/Senators ?? That works in the opening days when you had surprise on your side, but the reason AFU hasn't gone much of anywhere in a week despite hundreds of attack attempts is they don't have the firepower advantage vs. units that are prepared and expecting them. No more border guards, AFU now facing Spetsnaz, Akhmat, Marines, VDV paratroopers and Storm-Z units all around them in Kursk salient. Tough, experienced guys who are the perfect counter to light, mobile forces."
Very odd too that Syrsky chose Kursk. At least we believe it was that Russian's choice. Let's remember " The Battle of Kursk was the largest tank battle in history, involving some 6,000 tanks, 2,000,000 troops, and 4,000 aircraft. It marked the decisive end of the German offensive capability on the Eastern Front and cleared the way for the great Soviet offensives of 1944-45." Now why would Syrsky choose that particular place for an invasion of Russia, following upon that historic scenario ? It is very strange. The invasers of Russia have never won. Russia has always won against them. Yet a Rusian chose to order Ukraine forces to invade Russia and attack at Kursk ? Shall we conclude Syrsky is stark raving mad ? That is one possiibility.

That’s because all the good men and all the good kit is in Kursk. Russia has the area barely under control but it might not stay that way. There’s only two things that smell fishy and one’s a red herring. Something is going on and Russia knows it
I believe they'd already exhausted manpower and materiel needed to maintain attrition, so even territorial losses were accelerating. By exhausted I mean the rate of NATO and conscript replenishment was significantly less than the opposing pressure of Russian replenishment, you can imagine like two jets of water contesting to drive the other back. Zelensky did say he wanted Russian territory as bargaining chip to exchange in negotiation for lost Ukrainian territory. So they diverted some of that failing stream of manpower and materiel to the weakest point in the north. They wouldn't do this if they could buy any more time.
@@pong9000all western aid, good recruitment all year and units from the west who had avoided battle have been used. It's a different force from the east. America warned of surprises 6 months ago and meant Kursk. The east was receiving the useless recruitment and the very minimum of materiel required to avoid a breakthrough. By publishing a list of soldiers who are being buried in Lviv and who died from Zelensky's Kursk adventure. Of course, he did not blame Ze, but the hidden message is clear. If Zelensky cannot hold the Kursk bridgehead for a long time, then he will be accused of throwing the best at the dumbest attack. Although yesterday everyone was singing his praises.
Niu York now joins the "Only Symbolic, Not Strategically Important" list. Next candidates to join the list: Toretsk and Pokrovsk. The ukropians invaded a part of the frontline, which was virtually undefended. In 2 weeks they gained 1000sq km, and their offensive is virtually stopped. Now they want to invade and take territory which is 3 times bigger. Problem is, those fronts are no longer undefended, and the Russians know what their plan is. Lastly, where are they going to get another 6k of combat ready troops to send to their deaths? The amount of videos from Kursk with dead ukropians fertilizing russian fields, is astonishing! Like 10-20 dead in fields, forests, roads and so on. And there are like 3 of those videos a day... sad

Kursk is a good propaganda victory, it's a strategic loss however, they lose their best men and equipment coming out into the open to fight against young kids who just got drafted and old men who were part of the territorial defense. They do this while the are forced to abandon heavily entrenched positions due to lack of men and armor. This makes even less sense than their last offensive. If the had used their men and equipment to push back Russians around Avdiivka and other areas they might have held out longer and it would have cost a lot more Russian lives to take them, and it would have take a ton of well trained forces to do it too. This was a failure on the part of Russia, it led to this propaganda victory and a bunch of young Russian men who weren't drafted to fight in the war were killed and captured. However, propaganda doesn't win wars, neither does losing your best men and equipment fighting against the least trained solders of your enemy. And even against their least trained, they still lost more men than Russia, who did a good job of pulling back while inflicting high casualties. I'm not even so sure it's a propaganda victory, because it gets both sides more ready to fight and overall that probably means more Russians who will sign up to fight than Ukrainians. Eventually the Ukrainians will be kicked out, which will hurt morale, meanwhile the Russians will still be ticked off that they invaded this region and will be looking for revenge.
Ukrainian troops suffer significant losses in equipment in the battles near Kursk - Forbes The situation is especially critical for armored vehicles: tracked and wheeled infantry fighting vehicles are being disabled almost twice as fast as usual.

I think that Russian pontoon bridges on Seym will be as effective as Ukrainian bridges on Vovcha River in Vovchansk, which is "good enough". The real story will be in air superiority that Russia lacks so far, but they may regain in time by knocking out various systems in Ukraine. But in the meantime, between pontoons and drone supplies, Russia has many options.

I’m no expert on these matters but from my understanding gained from comments by analysts Russia no longer trusts the West at all for one thing, secondly after Kursk it is being said also, no negotiations, unconditional surrender only, which would mean some sort of Russian judiciary or government structure setting up elections in Ukraine if it came to that what I think will happen is that eventually West Ukraine will fall to civil riots, Russia will take all the eastern territories, Odessa, Kharkiv and Sumy and the West, particularly Poland will take the rest, and then Russia will build a big wall or something on their side of the river, I don’t really know of course but I believe the analysts who have worked with Russia, that have said Russia are still not at war with Ukraine, meaning they are not throwing everything they have at Ukraine, not using their most advanced secret weapons but after Kursk that all changes and negotiations are off the table.
Ukraine lost any possibility of peace, now Russia will take as many territories as they feel is needed to make a buffer zone. After they will build huge fortifications and Ukraine will cease to exist, all thanks to USA and NATO.

Thank you very much Dima and team!
I recently read that Operation Barbarossa incorporated the biggest tank battle of the war. However, Kursk usually gets that mistaken recognition.

Patrick Lancaster was in new York yesterday. Lots of drones overhead.
If the ukes are in that citadel in NY they are screwed.
Just adds more buffer zones to their To Do list imo.

The correct expression is “I couldn’t care less” or in the context of”The Russians couldn’t care less “ meaning they have reached the limit no more care, just change it to another word, “I could eat less” would mean you are eating too much, “I could talk less” versus I couldn’t talk less, opposite “I could run faster” versus I couldn’t run faster” and I have heard many Americans use the saying correctly the most common incorrect usage is movies and television and I believe that’s where it came from, probably some famous “idol” stuffed up their lines and everyone started saying it. Sorry, apart from that your comment was spot on I have seen an interview where a British journalist was in a Russian bunker conducting an interview through a translator and in the middle of the interview three special forces “Spetznaz” members walked in and said ‘wtf is he doing here, I want to eat his liver” translator says “don’t say anything there may be some trouble” then the interview resumes with the three Spetznaz operators and one said (paraphrasing but still quoting) “we would rather settle our differences over vodka and music, let them think we are retreating but understand this, study our history, learn our history, Russians never start wars, we finish them” and another added “unfortunately we are losing the information war. But we always win the real war” point being, yes the Military summary game is becoming tedious and the way the western news keeps going on about Ukraine heroics for 3 minutes and then talking about the latest celebrity trend the next is just perverse, I don’t watch our news but I catch bits from my aged Father’s tv because it’s loud enough to hear from outside the house even.

We show Ukrainian drones use on the battlefield attempting to stop Russia firing on New York with BMP-3 100mm artillery, 122mm mobile artillery, and T-72 tanks.
Patrick did a second video today.

If only Denys Davydov,Jake Broe,Anna from Ukraine & Operator Starsky could try this.....
@military summary. Putin did say that his SMO included liberating both the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republic. For those of us who don't know where these borders are, can you please show us on one of your summaries?
Bravo to Russian troops.
Drones have completely changed the game

Traitor.
@@GeorgesPatapon Free English lesson: a person can only be a traitor if he or she acts against its own country by supporting its enemy, especially in wartime. However, OTAN and EU are not a part of this war! Right! Right?
@@tokachinter1 Thank you for providing the strict definition.
With that said, those westerners who are admiring the terrorists state of Russia are KIND of traitors.
Fast forward a year from now Ukrainian forces commander in kursk says : Ok we should go back to Ukraine because we can't take it anymore and his assistant answers
Sir Ukraine is under Russian control now 😂
If a peace agreement were to be discussed, would Russia be talking to US officials? Zelenskyy is an illegit leader.
The decree signed by Zelensky in Oct 2022 banning peace negotiation with Russia while Putin is in power, still stands.
Ukraine lost any possibility of peace, now Russia will take as many territories as they feel is needed to make a buffer zone. After they will build huge fortifications and Ukraine will cease to exist, all thanks to USA and NATO.
@@aural_supremacy Agreed. Putin has been asking for cooperation from the West since Clinton days, they refuse. Even asking to join NATO, but the US needs an int'l enemy, and Russia fits the bill. Kursk was a redline for Putin, remember, NATO has reiterated they will never stop asking Ukraine to join it. So, there's not much choice for Russia to protect itself besides making Ukraine a barrier. Sad but that's reality.
@@aural_supremacyI largely agree with your prediction, though doubt Poland will want to re-absorb Galicia - that cesspool of brainwashed ideologues would be a political and economic burden on the Poles despite the nostalgic feelings it would generate.
