I know Sirius never finds out about Regulus turning on Voldemort in canon, but that sequence from 1:40 to 1:55 has the flavor of a slightly alternate timeline where Sirius picked up on the cracks in the alliance beforehand and found out the truth about how Regulus went out not long after it happened. I'll see it that way anyway, because Sirius living the rest of his life believing Regulus was a sycophantic deatheater til his dying breath is just too cruel.
