Those are valid points. Thanks for the feedback. I did notice the Hyatt. This was one of the best locations Hilton gained with their purchase of diamond (my opinion).
Hi. Just bumped onto your channel and was wondering can a person rent to stay in a timeshare and does it cost more to rent a timeshare versus hotels that are decent in price like a Hilton, Sheraton or Marriott hotel?
If you go to rental websites like redweek or TUG, you can sometimes get rentals for a small premium to what owners pay especially if it is at an off peak time. If you go to the Marriott website or hilton then you can compare the timeshare rental units to nearby hotels. Hilton and Marriott allow you to book on their website with limited inventory.
How was the condition of the unit? I’ve heard many negative reviews about it. And it’s ok to request a room closer to parking if one person has mobility issues. Thanks for taking time out to do the review
Building is right next to parking. And they have started upgrading the units. Not up to hilton room standards yet, but will be in a year. I found the kitchen usable, bed nice, and the rooms are large. Overall I was happy, but each person has a different view.

We just stayed there last week and loved it.

Thanks. I would have included the Hyatt in your exterior shot for reference. I'd note no bench or foot rest in the shower.
