Road Rovers Deleted Scene: Russian Names Song (DVD Version)

- This HD version of the Russian Names Song will be one of the deleted scenes from the cartoon on the DVD release of our highly anticipated Road Rovers Fan Movie Project.
According to creator Tom Ruegger and producer Bob Doucette, the reason why the song was removed from the last episode, "A Day in the Life" was because of several complaints from parents about the content of the song. It was a play on a swear word without even using the actual swear word. Unless if you knew what it was, you couldn't even make the connection. The only redeeming quality that came out of it was that the song proved to WB that both young and old watched the show. Plus in a side note, the song was also taken from a poem that Tom Ruegger did in school which he got an A on.
I saw the original airing of this episode. And even though I was laughing out loud, my primary thought was: "Oh, they are going to get phone calls." Evidently, I was right.
I never thought I would see this again in HD! Its been so long!
Road Rovers deserves so much more to its name.
This never gets old.
At least we get to see the HD Quality of this Scene. Too bad they didn't put it on Disc, it's probably because it's a Burn-on-demand DVD.
I have the show on DVD. I was very disappointed this scene was not included.
The deletion of the song caused a continuity error, since Exile suddenly pops up in the room when before it was Colleen and Blitz.

It's not deleted it I edit back in to the episode
Funny enough the credits "Quote of the Day" still references the joke. I guess since it's not said out loud it's okay there.
Also, I only just caught that the credits have a different joke in each episode on my last binge-session.
There is sadly probably some logic to that. Seeing it written out means it's definitely not the forbidden word.
Road Rovers is among the many other series that deserves a more solid and longer reboot.
Road Rovers definitely needs more love.
This was a great part dang parents for getting rid of it and this show,i say lets get rid of there shows they say bad words and so on so come on everyone lets get rid of there shows like the bachelor and big brother i mean boring
road rovers could have standed to be either a lot more mature or a lot sillier..
I've never seen this show because I wasn't born yet, even the reruns ended the same year I was born, 2000. But after watching the show myself, w/o paying, I find it quite charming. I would love to see the show getting a reboot, w/o the woke stuff, and I actually want to see the fan movie.
