The goods are normally direct from the shop and they come with price tags. Do not be surprised if you find identical items for example clothes that look alike or even same. For example shoes of the same size all in one bale, or items of the same colour in the same bale. Remember they pack whatever is available. I will give a good example with our own. Let's say Bata has a certain design like the ngoma rubbers and after some time they decide to do clearance sales and after the sale they still have some left, whatever they have left is what will be packed in the bale. It could be they only have black rubbers size 38 that's what will get packed. What am trying to say don't have expectations that you will get then packed in specific order. Also note for clothes they are not assorted, the are packed according to season for example you cannot find a creme bale of chiffon tops instead you will find Ladies summer wear (panties, tops, bras, dresses, night dress etc) all in one bale Kindly note we at Mitumba chap chap only deal with creme rubbers, creme towels and creme bedsheets. Grade 1 -> This bale is after creme meaning everything in it is not new. Some clothes are gently used, sometimes you Will find new clothes with tags. Don't be shocked if you find a worn out piece. Label -> a Factory Logo with product description mostly placed inside the bale. Now this one has driven many crazy, some have been made to believe that certain label colours are better than others. Let try the best I can to help you understand these colours.... Let's do Canada for example, there are many factories in Canada packing bales and each factory has its own style of packaging. When it comes to colours each factory has a colour the have chosen and you will be surprised to know that there can be 2 factories using same colour but their naming and coding is different. Let's say there are 2 factories using colour orange in Canada and another one in USA, 2 in UK, 4 in china then you go the market insisting on a certain color. Utajipata umepewa china orange colour labelled bale and maybe you wanted Canada. So be more informed before rushing. Also note some factories mark the grades by use of label colours, for example a factory might decide indigo is there grade 1 and violet the grade 2, wewe na ujuaji wako ushinde kusema unataka violet just because you peeped a friend open violet one which could have been a grade 1 for another factory. Another one is the codes utaskia 00j, M40 etc those are just factory codings just like you can go buying ugali unga which packets are all done in green nd yellow but you can mark them by names pembe, jogoo, soko etc and you can differentiate with the unga ya ngano cause the colour on them is different. Eg you can easily differentiate Pembe ugali and Pembe chapati just by looking at the 2 packets na ukienda Nigeria unaeza pata packaging Yao ni different. It is very hard to find a bale written Grade 1, Grade 2 etc so hapo ni ukuwe na a trustworthy supplier Country of origin -> the country where the bale is packed and exported from. Ukipata t-shirt imeandikwa "hakuna matata" it doesn't mean bale was packed in Kenya, we have foreigners visiting our countries buying clothes here na ikiwa ndogo the dispose unaipata kwa bale.
