Did not see her stats but my 1RM for the 3 big lifts
    Bench - 190Kg
    Squat -270kg
    Deads - 320kg
I think I should be a bit stronger

      Man your insecurities are leaking

@@JohnDgene yes that's why Im working hard to improve those numbers.
But honestly I have been stuck at those numbers due to my busy work as a senior VP of a MNC for over 2 months now.
At my level responsibilities are tremendous. Given that I am extremely well compensated (450k after taxes excluding bonuses in San Francisco) I think greater emphasis should be placed on my work so it is what it is.
I'm not ashamed to admit I do have insecurities with my numbers given that I have no improvement for so long.
At my weight of 94kg I should be doing way better. But my work come first to be honest. I'm only semi causally working out at the moment 4 days a week so in all I'm just glad my numbers hold.
Updated: Just tested my 1 rm earlier
Bench hit 200kg. 💪 obviously flat back on bench with little Arch. Not the garbage "shrimp" stance moving the weight 1 or 2 inches like those so call "power lifter" are doing. 😂😂By the way my deadlift is conventional stance. Not the useless sumo stance which should be discarded and considered cheating.
Working hard to join the 2000 pounds total club for the 3 big lifts

i met this Chinese girl in the gym and we became gym friends, id help her with workouts and stuff, oneday during lifting she farted and it became our little secret, later even before realising i was seduced, it devoped into fart sniffing addiction where she will ask me for flavour over text, then id go to her place for fireworks on my face.
one day she blackmailed me that now we are equally involved, should i make fun of her at gym that she farted lifting weights. i not only changed gym but left Singapore for good.

Not all ladies wants to build muscles. We just want a fit and toned body.. Jogging and some light weight lifting can do that

Bruh it's true many women are on treadmill and cardio exercises you just cant deny that men lifts more than women

    • @andrewfyip
      @andrewfyip Год назад

Okay? She didn't say that. She said it's common to see more woman running and not so much weightlifting, not that women can lift more than men.

Yes, the callibrated steel plates at the Asian powerlifting championships are clearly plastic weights. Think before you type 🙄
