Why are they using cheap/tacky wired racks in these homes at high price points? The closet racks in a home my niece bought 3 years ago look better in the 140,000 townhouse. These builder should really stop this practice.
Not the wire shelving in the closests.... 😐😐😐I cant believe houses are going for nearly 1 million in that neighborhood. I grew up in that neighborhood.
The good thing about this home is the income potential from the additional ADU. Also, it’s not far from Woodward Academy, which is a great private school.
It’s an Accessory Dwelling Unit, a permitted additional living space above the detached garage. They are perfect for bringing rental income to your primary residence. Like a small studio apartment.
You must not be native to ATL using those underperforming public schools in your intro. You should have lead with walking distance to Woodward Academy... as Eagan Park is mostly upper class families using the area as a 2nd home during their children's 7-12 grades then they sell the homes to the next private school family. No family that can afford $850k is sending their child to public schools in East Point. 😅 I'm a black native so no racism in my post.

I’ve noticed that too. They were a lil better in this property than some of the other. Still better than what you get in Texas.
I would have preferred to see custom built ins for the closets.

East Point is a great opportunity zone for future equity potential!
Gentrification all the way between Stewart Ave aka Metropolitan and the Airport. East Point has changed. 😢
Nice! But $850k, and less than a quarter acre in East Point? Hard to digest (at that price point). Plus the schools in that area ..meh!

I feel like i gotta sell somethin when i watch your videos..
What is the room off of the primary bathroom?
This room can either be an additional vanity/makeup room or you can add custom built-ins for an extra closet.
Thats crazy. Ghetto area and price at $850000 k?.... lol East point crime rate is one of the highest city
Too expensive
The ADU can help offset cost significantly.
@@ItitiObidah what is ADU?
