3s stun. stun comp is pretty awesome. ap alistar or lifesteal lee sin would be fun here too. You did a lifesteal lee sin for top at one point and you'd heal up to full in 2 waves.
I suggest to have a duo as a annie+ivern could be interesting. annie as a adc and ivern as a supp, needless to say with ur ultes u would be 4 vs 2 in botlane

Should try Panth leona as well, the damage output is insane and you have good disengage with Panth dmg deflection ability.
