- Todays video is part 1 of a 3 part series called "Find The Best Summer Walleye Fishing Spots". This short series goes through 3 different spots in which I look for mid summer walleyes. The first video is all about finding weed relating walleyes during the mid summer months. Weed relating walleyes can be some of the toughest to find during the summer as many people think that everything has moved to much deeper water. In this video I talk about what kind of structure I look for and how to cover water to find fish. Thanks for watching and let me know what you think. Thanks.

Nice video 👍 I love the depth highlight opinion
Great video as usual. Just catching up on all of these recent videos. So much to learn. Keep 'em coming!
Outstanding video young man! You have really changed the way I fish.
Great video's, Tom! Just found them a couple days ago, and have been binge-watching them since. I live in the central U.P., just bought a nice boat with all the bells and whistles, and hope to get over into the western U.P. and northern WI and give your techniques a try. Any lakes you recommend fishing to try out some of your presentations?
Thanks Tom my dad and I really use these videos for walleye. The graph help is so crucial cause we barely know how to use it and what to look for. Thanks so much man .
Really like your videos. Have watched a ton of them and have learned a lot. Live in Idaho and have a few reservoirs with walleye and my first time out I caught my limit and I owe it to the information you share. Excellent information! Have been able to catch them with every technique you share. They work here in Idaho too even though we don’t have the greatest walleye fishing. Thanks! Keep it up!
All your shows are great . How do you string up your crawler on slip bobber rigs. Haven't seen you use crawlers but you talked about using them on slip bobber some times ?
Awesome Vid Tom!!! Happy Days
Good way to start the morning before work! Thanks Tom!
Thanks for watching
Great info video Tom! Waiting for you head south to pmytuming
Are you doing any Tom Talks soon?
I am a big fan of your videos. I have been watching a ton of them because I am trying really hard to be successful at walleye fishing. I have gone out probably a total of 36 hours over 6 different trips so far in search of them but I have not caught any yet but I am trying. I am located in PA so there is not many lakes near me with a ton of walleye but there are some that have a decent population. My big question though is if these tips work in different states. I assume they do but I was just wondering. Like I said, I have not caught any yet so that is why I am asking questions. But I love these videos and I am hoping that all of the time on the water and the research and video watching will pay off one of these times. Keep up the work though with the great videos.
Thank you great information use your information every time we go out on the water
Excellent...I am learning so much.
Great video as always 👍
Love your videos!
Love your videos! What’s a good way to find walleye on a large lake like Lake Erie?
Can you please fish the Big Chip so we can better understand your techniques on flowages?
Hey,,, uurrrgggg fish on,,,,😁 been told millions of times but, fishing a large body that goes very dark with algee, “shad” we have for forage,,, suggestions??
Is there any way you can compare regular side imaging shot next to a mega side imaging shot? Unfortunately I don't have mega SI and I struggle with what fish look like. I've been in a boat with a buddy that has mega SI and we've used your techniques and have done real well. Appreciate the videos.
Thanks.
What brand bracket do you use with your Salty brand rod holders?
Thanks
Which lakemaster chip do you recommend? I am going to upgrade.. lakemaster plus? Smart strike? I have a gen 1 helix 9 .. going to upgrade that in the future but not right away
I've watch a bunch of your vids. When you show those screen shots I can't see any difference between fish and other small structure. Both look like small dark blobs or spots. How do you tell fish vs. something else?
Ultimately by staring at it for 300 days a year....... practice, practice, practice
So how do you do this without the mega SI/DI? I only have a 535 hummingbird and I’m saving for a 9 or 10 for next spring,
MrT 06 I use navionics for mapping and just kinda figure out structure I do ok but I’d bet it’s better/easier with the “good stuff”!
That's a cool spot
Looks like he is on the flowage
