      @@WorldAquariumSingapore I think he was extremely patient and persistent. He likely has a lot of footage of nothing in particular, while attempting to catch footage of a snakehead or other fish and animals.

    this is the best freshwater fish for me. Always dominant, not shy or scared. Superb hunter and awesomely personable.

      exactly..and very intelligent too. i always had one in my jar during my childhood....used to catch them from the nearby village pond..was very fond of these.

    Good video thank you for posting it. I often see spawning bullseye snakehead together in South Florida. They are one of my favorite exotic freshwater fish to catch.

    Those must be the parents of the fry. You dont want to swim around with them at this stage. Could loose a finger or two.

    Hello, l have watched many much video of snakehead fish, the fish in these video have nice blue color. I think that Taiwan's temperature is higher and impact that color of native fish. Thank you for talking about that :-)

    the fry are all taking an air bubble at the same time. I personally think that air bubble (which sits in the roof of their mouth) is a buoyancy device

    Isn’t it so interesting how one of the most aggressive fish in the world can also be an amazing protective parent where both work as a team systematically as one I think in this day and age us humans need to go back a few steps and take note of how nature is meant to work and not how people (many Americans uhmm!) are in this day and age ?

    Breeding farm fish? That color pattern would be heavily selected against by aerial predators.

      There is some very colorfull fish in the wild too. And it doesn't look like a farm, it would be impossible to caught them in the plants.

    Snakehead is an invasive fish , they eat everything if they could , it is nice to see them in a pond just don't let release them in the wild , it will destroy the ecosystem
