You have such a great eye for design, materials, and layouts! Your home looks like an actual home rather than a sterile environment. The colour schemes throughout work so well. It's evident you have put in so much thought and effort into your home, and it shows by how proud you are taking us through each room. You should be proud! Would love to see the studio/desk setup tour for sure!

This video was hard to look away from. Your flat really encapsulates your personality, but also your history. The German spice labels, pictures of friends that you took over the years, the lord of the rings sign on the door, it feels like a space owned by someone who lives a full life. Someone who cares about their own comfort and nurtures their home to reflect their best self, very well done.
Beautifully decorated. My favourite parts are the RuneScape plushies in the living room
I was tempted to do an earth tune and a law rune as well so I could do the teleport home spell but settled for the 3 major elements 😎

You can see how much thought and detail went into this. It just looks extremely cozy and personalized without being cluttered. Also the motion sensor for the bed lights is really cool. Nice job!

I love how you've engineered your flat with yourself in mind but also your friends. I also love how you're not scared of colour, it really annoys me that a lot of designers etc see colour as this interruptive thing, or cluttering colour, or not as clean as neutrals. Your flat has SO much life and personality and seeing the journey to getting this flat, and voting in all the polls on your stories for design choices, it was so exciting to finally see this whole tour 🤩
This is honestly such a gorgeous place, the decoration you've done and the colours and just the sheer thought you've put into it has absolutely paid off. This is such a beautiful space!

I love how Evan like to decorate his apartment / flat because most guys don't care what their apartment / flat looks like. It shows that Evan likes to have his place feel cosy and inviting.
I feel like this is nicer how most girls decorate their flat, the wall panelings and smart home features and very impressive!
@@aurora6920 most people (mostly girls) like to go off what ever is trending and that's why you see many minimalist interior with splash of colour because that's style what's trending atm. Too me that minimalist style is boring and feels like your inside a gallery museum. A house need character, like who cares about trends, just do what ever makes you happy.
@@MERCHIODOS I agree, the only people i know who have not had lots of colour tend to be people who are living in their house temporary e.g. renting or waiting until mortage contract ends. But also they have styles that don't involve colour, I guess as long you show your personality that's what matters. But then there are a lot of people with less money to spend on decor too. Either way i'm really impressed and inspired by this video :)

@@margplsr3120 A common question from people outside Britain and Americans want to know square feet, reality is hardly any tenants/owners know the m2, or bothered, property in Britain in marketed by number of bedrooms/rated schools/parking and in London the transport zones. Floor areas get discovered when the cost of new floor covering is provided.
we need a bathroom tech video of how you did the lights and diffuser!

Evan. This. Space. Is everything. I’m so impressed with your designer eye and you should be so proud of everything you’ve done here! Every little intricate detail has been thought about and planned, it’s so commendable!!! If you werent doing RUclips, the interior designers would snatch you up in a heartbeat ☺️ and you’re soooo right, it’s such an embodiment of you, from the plethora of plants, beautifully designed office, uke’s on the wall (and that damn bird on top of the living room cabinet (I can’t escape him)). Absolutely stunning 🤩 oh and your lighting game is off the charts
You need to do a video on your automations... its so much more complex than i would have though with automatic lights on and different temps for times of day
I feel like I've waited so long for this !!! I loved watching the place develop over on the 2nd channel. Also big fan of the plants and mirrors. The plants just make the place feel so alive. The mirrors just open up the space so much. Good job Evan !!!
Fantastic flat, you've done a brilliant job with it, you should be very proud of yourself after all the trauma of actually buying it. Love all the "smart" lighting features you've individualised.
Your flat is so beautiful! Its clear that you paid attention to every detail to make it very personal and homely. The fact that you did so many things yourself also shows just how talented and creative you are. I especially like the fact that you used so many of your own photos/prints (which are absolutely incredible) in order to make the place feel unique and a reflection of you. You should feel very proud of yourself for what you have achieved!☺️ Also, I just wanted to mention that the way this video was filmed/edited was amazing as always!

A lovely combo of modernity but also such a lived in vibe. You can tell it’s yours with all of your tasteful items that remind you of your interests. I’m sure it’s lovely having your own prints around the flat, and it’s great to see them in real spaces, looking professional but with a personal touch. I’m sure you’re very proud, and rightfully so! The amount of time and effort you made to learn about interior design has definitely paid off! PHENOMENAL!
I've always felt that most homes that I've seen on RUclips weren't quite right. In most cases, there's something that I don't like or would do differently. However, your place is flat out perfect! You've put so much thought into it to make it interesting from the color schemes to the wall "panels" that I find it very appealing. And waiting a year before making this video was a great move, because it looks like a home where someone lives as apposed to a "show" home that's been staged.
Congrats on a great design and implementation.

Such a wonderful and organised living space. I've shared this with my 25-year-old son who came back home to live with us during Covid and has inspired us to reorganise and modernise our home. He's already reorganised his personal space and has now focused on our living room and kitchen areas.
I enjoy your videos and how much time and research you invest in each one if them.

This looks so nice. I don't even normally like modern style but this looks so warm and colourful and friendly! It's nice to see this much effort put in to a living space. Man, even though I've been watching the process on the other channel, I'm still amazed by looking at the "final" result. It truly is a wonderful space you´ve built and you should be proud. Also the editing and the lighting in this video top tier as always. Sign me up for the desk tour and I would love for you to make a work out video since it is something I want to get into but I'm not sure on how to start and find motivation.

I’ve loved watching your flat come together. I’ve struggled to finish painting my sitting room. It’s taken me 3 years so far 🙈 Love how much thought you put into it and how much of your character is in those rooms. So much effort taken and with a great outcome.

The way this video is put together is so aesthetically pleasing. I used to love watching interior design tv shows and sometimes I'd be so disappointed with some of the ways the houses would turn out, but this has no faults to me so this satisfies that part of me 😂

Phenomenal video Evan. After the constant stress and low points of moving in and out of like every bnb in London back in 2021, it’s so so great to see you happy and content in your own space. I’ve always loved watching you talk about and show your living spaces because you always take such care and pride in accommodating for your loves and needs. I love the fact that you have taken meticulous care of every detail, in an aesthetic and functional sense. The lighting, the plants, the colors...it all seems very cohesive and fine tuned point by point. I find it great that you have an Arco lamp in your living room. It's also my favorite floor lamp. Honestly Evan, your apartment looks amazing and it is really clear that you put a lot of effort and thought into making your home a place that not only looks great, and functions wonderfully, but is a place where you can feel at home and at peace, as well as adding little touches for guests to be able to feel comfortable as well. Wow Evan - love this! I’ve followed you for years and have kept up with your house moving journey and struggles - glad you’re all settled now. You have a good eye for interior design - (puts my flat to shame 😮). It looks so cosy and inviting. Love the different lighting elements and ‘mood lighting’. I’m also a huge fan of having house plants! I currently have a weeping fig tree in my dining room and ivy in my bathroom but would love to use plants around more for deco like you have. You’ve done well and should definitely be proud of your home!
(Side note - what an interesting view too! So many different things to look at. I bet it looks lovely at sunrise/sunset).
Your flat is gorgeous! I moved into my first house last month and I can't wait to have the time to decorate and this is giving me so much inspiration! We've partially decorated our office and it feels so rewarding seeing our personalities revealed. Our house is currently just grey and white except for our bold green office.
Every apartment I've lived in I've had 3 roommates. I can see how much time, effort, and care you've put into making this space your own. I want to be able to create a space that's all my own the way you have.
