I see her as defensive version of Aletheia. Slow ramp up, less dispels but good amount of defensive utility. Using her with him in 250 would be interesting 4 dispels almost every turn on CA setups.
I really wish her 3rd skill would autoactivate on CA instead of resetting the cooldown to play a bit better with the double CA she gets. Otherwise I guess it's a decent uncap.
Here and reddit I see so many autoactivate on CA vs Uriel stack synergy comparisons but rarely anyone mentions that she could've got a combo of CD reset on CA + undispellable buff on CA that resets S3 on use to fulfill both. "Too broken" be damned.
So you mean to tell me that shiva got a new buff that not only give him echo, charge bar every turn but it also cut his all skill cool down by 3 whole turns plus he can cut it even more on ougi. Meanwhile alex only gets a measly 1 turn cut to 1 skill but only after a the boss special atk... Who thought this shit up.
If you don't have caim flb then she could be used tho pretty sure even a new player should be able to get caim flb relatively easily if they are going hard in sandbox as the gamemode itself has enough nwq for 2 evokers flb so really she's just kinda there for maybe nm250.

I think the reason they made it a skill reset is to synergize with Uriel's stacks.

レゾネーターが揃ったタイミングで当たりの部類って言われてた同武器3本がシンプルに足枷になってる
下手したら1番弱いって言われてたバイタリティが1番使いやすいまである
ブースト来てる属性のテンプレが大体レゾネ、ブースト、約定それぞれ2本だから死ぬほど噛み合い悪いよね

Well at least on my kengo team she out damages my 150 Okto due to skill 3 spam. Flb is decent I just wish she's not just tied on ougi team.

She seems like she'd be better as a replacement for caim in endgame assuming you don't have him flb alrdy.
You're not frontlining Caim for endgame uses unless he's FLB.
