Here's Maya Lončar performing "Danse Rythmique" by Ida Presti (1924 - 1967). Maya recorded this piece on a 1986 Cynthia H. Burton classical guitar made with spruce top and mahogany back and sides. Recorded at the Guitar Salon International showroom in Santa Monica, CA.

I had the pleasure of seeing and hearing Dr. Lončar in-person at Appalachian State University’s GuitarFest in April of 2022. Maya played my favorite piece by Heitor Villa-Lobos, Etude No. 11 in E-minor. She is a wonderful guitarist and my inspiration to perform Emilia-Giuliani’s Prelude Op. 46, No. 5!

Listening to her interpretation and performance, it’s truly remarkable. The music flows legato with elegance especially at 0:56. Quite pretty. I really enjoy the few measures after 1:28.
