Oh my goodness Im so confused, been looking on the internet all day for a draft copy of a Deeds of trust, i have no idea how to write one using the correct terms etc. Any ideas anyone?

I am an American citizen and i was looking to register a NGO here in SA is that possible or must i have SA ID and be a resident?
