Hey Beeleav! just find out this awesome video and well, i really enjoyed seeing through the mod. now i got a question about resource packs, specifically the "Rose Inventory" for some reason its not working for me and i really want to have the UI Darkened and still with the rose colors for items, is there a way to solve this?
@@mr.grashoperMess around with the order of the resource packs in the "Resource Packs" menu. The closer to the top they are, the more prominent their elements are. If a resource pack problem can't be resolved that way, there is no way to fix it without going and manually changing the textures urself.
ENNWAY's songs will always be great beeps boops and baps over people's ears. Seeing the bosses being reworked in this mod is so cool, everyone likes to add their own unique sprites, twists and filled with replayability within any mod that does rework them. The weapons looks so cool, theyre great. Epic mod and nice video covering it, beeleav!
ENNWAY left the team way before 22 occurred. Excluding them though, Im pretty sure there were a few more who returned as well. Though I agree with the sentiment, it's good to see people make up.
What a ride! I really enjoyed this mod. It always has something to amaze with, especially the boss reworks, and don't even get me started on that Grand Katana! Your commentary made these 20 minutes pass me by incredibly fast, it was not boring at all! This mod really needs to get more recognition, that's for sure :)
There are lot of great mods in the terraria community are overshadowed by calamity(no hate to calamity ofc it’s my favorite mod) that deserve more love
No one gonna talk about how clean the transition at 17:43 was? Like dang, it's nothing flashy and it's so good! Anyhow, good stuff! this mod is definitely on my Radar now
It slightly hinders the pace of my speech, but I'm glad it isn't there in vain I suppose! The estonian language (my mother tongue) and english are so vastly different that even after 8-9 years of learning to speak english, I've still yet to learn how to properly pronounce "R" in most english words and still roll it like we do here.

I found out about this mod after seeing the music for it. Love listening to it so much, really well made and groovy. Skeletron looks so badass too, he's actually scary now damn. But I do wanna wait until Ennway has a lot of the content done, perhaps up until Moon Lord as it'll feel complete
I think the new accessory system can work well. Could be used to give use to accessories you'd otherwise not pay attention to, I just don't like the way you increase it and. come on dude the Celestial Magnet isn't a 2 strength accessory. Not bad fundamentally, it just seems like something that needs tweaking.

Reminds me of a system like Paper Mario’s badges or Hollow Knight’s charms where each accessory had a different usage weight depending on viability, so the worse stuff only cost 1 slot instead of 3, etc
this mod for sure doesnt look nearly as hard as infernum or even the base extra difficulties added by calamity. looks like its on a similar level to revengeance mode maybe. and I really REALLY like that its not going for high difficulty. it kinda felt like there was this race to see who can create the hardest bosses possible so its good to see something different. also the accessory rework looks really interesting.

i like the mod but what's the point of the accessory system rework it makes the problem where hermes boots (and other mobility accessories) are nigh mandatory even worse because you have even less slots for other accessories i get what was trying to be done (i think) where you can have less powerful accessories on but you can have more weaker accessories, but with generally less accessory slots people are going to stick to the not niche stuff even more because there just won't be any space for them (this sounds kinda obvious now that im saying this) like, take royal gel. it's fine as a nice bonus until you have enough good accessories, but if you had to give up literally any damage accessory for it it becomes useless now, my perspective may be skewed because even you yourself said something along the lines of taking a while to increase your strength, but even if you had more accessories in the beginning... what's the point? it gives players who use ""optimal"" builds less room to experiment and accessories aren't varied enough (and also the comparatively wayyy stronger 'meta' accessories) for most people to want to replace what they're used to with something that might not give as much value
I agree with you on most of these points. The accessory system rework is quite flawed in quite a few ways, from obtaining strength crystals to the accessory weight balancing, though to be fair, the system only got implemented around a month ago, so it's probably going to improve over the next couple of updates. The point of the system is probably to have high-tier accessories feel more "prestige", allowing you to only equip a few of them (to make it more pick 'nd choose instead of just EQUIP ALL OF THEM) and also to perhaps make earlier accessories more viable in the endgame due to their low strength cost? Just my 2 cents on the matter.
kinda disagree, it makes the "mandatory" accessories worse by making them take more slots, and there really isnt a mandatory accessory. like mobility can be substituted with mounts or a better arena. idk i think the idea is really cool and think mods should change the game more instead of adding a bunch of random content .
@@FG-lp1gr taking more slots doesn't matter when they just do so much more than worse accessories. why use a string accessory that makes you able to use yoyos farther (only matters in combat) when you could use a double jump that makes exploration easier, basically offers fall damage negation, and allows you to dodge attacks easier which in turn makes combat easier while yes, mobility accessories aren't mandatory, they are the easiest way take mounts for example; with the exception of the golf cart (which not many people know about, and can benefit from double jumps) all prehardmode mounts are relatively slow in some form. they're good, but people don't use them all the time like mobility accessories because they're harder to get than accessories and they're not as all purpose as the accessories. it isn't until late hard mode where mounts can maybe replace mobility accessories due to infinite flight and workable speed while making a good arena does negate movement accessories, the main factor people don't do that is time. sure, you can spend thirty minutes constructing that minecart arena to defeat skeletron effortlessly...or you can make two layers of platform and use double jumps and do it in five minutes. while it's good that there are multiple ways to approach things, people don't want to waste time when a perfectly viable strategy is a hundred times faster (plus, you don't make arenas to traverse your world faster. normally.) it is a cool idea, but terraria's base mobility would have to be entirely reworked for any non challenge player to consider not running mobility accessories before late hard mode. they simply offer too much value. this ends up boiling down the accessory rework to just having less accessory slots because most people WILL run boots/wings/dash, which will now take more slots, meaning every other accessory will now have to compete with the best of the best instead of being able to coexist (why run bundle of balloons with wings when the reduced accessory count means you can't run warrior emblem), thus resulting in a homogenization of accessory builds, barring running defensive accessories over offensive ones...which already exists in the vanilla accessory system

Also it seems like the reworks additions are kinda based off the reduced movement, like the sword being a great mobility item. There is practically like no variety in vanilla terraria builds and I feel like now that you won’t be able to have everything there will be much more diverse play styles. Also it seems the boss reworks kinda have the lower mobility in mind.
@@FG-lp1gr how is it gonna make players choose low end mobility options??? while bundle of balloons is perfectly viable in hard mode, the rework... doesn't encourage that at all? people are still gonna use wings because they're not a pain to get and they're easier to explore terrain with. in fact, the rework may DECREASE bundle's usage in hard mode because it synergizes well with wings...but then suddenly you don't have enough space for your three damage accessories, and wings are perfectly viable by themselves and the system encourages optimization weapons being mobility items is cool, but because of their scarcity (and the fact that it's still better to just use them alongside movement accessories) makes it feel more like a bandaid fix in theory the system would allow for more set variety...if it weren't for mobility accessories. accessories come in three ways in vanilla terraria: damage, reducing the punishment of being hit, and mobility. the problem is that mobility accessories are the best of both worlds. the only reason to wear a defense accessory over a mobility one is if you're running a tank build or you literally don't have access to any more viable mobility accessories (nobody would run ankh shield over tabi or wings, or soaring insignia, for example), and taking no damage from more easily avoiding attacks means more time to deal damage to the enemy. it kinda works in vanilla terraria because you have just about the right amount of space for your mobility accessories and the other types. also, vanilla is mostly about straight upgrades to make the player feel powerful. with the accessory rework however, you have less slots to work with, while movement accessories are as important as ever. this doesn't cause variety because most builds start with the most powerful accessories and branch out from there, but the less slots make it stop before reaching the branching out point. accessories like the yoyo bag become more niche because you might not be able to fit it alongside fire gauntlet and your three movement accessories because it offers less value than fire gauntlet and warrior emblem also just for clarification; i am assuming the rework will generally let the player equip less accessories than in vanilla terraria. no idea on the exact numbers

that transition from the caves to the Skeletron fight was great
8:05 they should make it so if you do this for too long it blows up in your face and you take damage, like a bug spray flamethrower
