5-6 flights until submitting to the divine winds of the Kamikaze. Nearly the end of the line for this great plane.
Saito .82 with larger venturi running on the fast side in this video. Subsequent flights with smaller venturi yielded slower lap times. Leadout failure led to loss of plane.
Bushido code - Kamikaze - loyalty and honor until death.
It was a Japanese warplane.
Beautiful plane met a sad end.
