I'd recommend Admi over Centi for this fight. Centi shield is largely irrelevant in this fight, and Admi will help your SGs and Modernia reload faster during Full Burst.
You can, but she'll likely perform a bit worse than Sugar does since Sugar provides strong buffs to the team. You also have to be careful running Isa since she reduces your full burst time, so you may find it difficult to pop red circles in time because of the bug.
@@crumble1400 The bug I was referring to was the red circle bug that was fixed in the most recent patch. The last red circle can't be popped on rotations that spawn the drill missiles. You can see an example of it at 0:23. When this bug was still prevalent, burst timing was key which would have made it difficult with Isabel's shorter bursts.

Centi is okay, but with how quickly Sugar + Drake + Centi build Burst, you're going to have some downtime waiting on Bursts to come back up.
Maybe try Rupee, she is better than Centi for sure and maybe on a pair with Dolla for this boss.
