    18:45, Dear Prof. James, I can relate because in Nigeria, the last name; Balogun, is very common among the Yorubas. It means Warrior. Our kingdoms were full of warriors with unique cosmological knowledge. Our warriors were meant to protect our lands from invaders, not to invade. That's why in most African countries today, no matter how small a village, it's likely to find a king there.

    I stated this for last 2 years.(5:30) You're absolutely correct, and I've been emphasizing this for the past two years. The fusion that shaped ancient Kemet involved indigenous black Africans who hailed from various regions across the African continent.
    What we're witnessing today among African Americans is a remarkable display of cultural and societal evolution, even though they currently lack a well-established framework akin to the one in ancient Kemet.
    It's scary because they're working from individual talent platform.
    However, when they do establish a structured framework, it has the potential to bring about significant changes on a global scale.
    A network of 5 regions...Afro-Latino( South America) African American, Afro-Caribbeans, Diaspora West and Africa all coming together.

    Yes. Thank you Prof. Smalls. As a result of my studies, I always knew that Muslims ( who I obviously mistakenly thought were all Arabs) and Europeans/Christians worked together and orchestrated the Trans Atlantic slave trade...I just knew that was the missing piece of the story that is never talked about.

    • @Laura-sg6ss
      @Laura-sg6ss 2 года назад +3

      They were used as tools, not in its entirety. For example, yt ppl took the book of Exodus out of the bible because it talked about rebellion and revolution. They didn't want Africans to get any ideas, so if anything it was the misinterpretation of the bible that was used. We have to be very meticulous about what we are talking about. I say this because we have to know EXACTLY what they did in order to locate the specific issues and resolve them. This specific history allows me to critique other things in life where we are pacified and socialised to not fight back and not rebel because I know how they tried to not make us rebel with the removal of Exodus. With Islam, I won't lie I'm not too sure what specifically they did with that so I have to research alot more 😊!

      @@Laura-sg6ssThey didn't take the book of exodus out of the bible. Where did you hear that from that's false sister. The 66 chapters (books) of the bible have been well before the slave trade which includes the book of Exodus. The "Christianity" you speak of isn't the same as thw coptics it was totally different.

      Nope, let me clarify. When Islam start spreading with Arabs, he forgot to mention this part. They targeted all the small tribes to convert or meet Allah. Some of them were slaughtered, and others didn't, and they converted and became hunters. Additionally, they had conflicts with other tribes, and they knew the area jungle better. And and if they didn’t hunt their tribes would get killed.
      Other workers worked in mines. Now it all makes sense.

    Great lecture. Where I might disagree, or refine the history is how the Vatican issued 2/3 papal bulls, directly affecting afrikans in Europe, with particular emphasis on Spain & Portugal, beginning in Seville, which led to an horrific time for the black Jewery there. This resulted in large migrations willingly and unwillingly to North & West AfriKa. Slaves were taken directly from Europe and AfriKa to help build America. Our skills were certainly utilised to advance the European agenda. The church played a significant role then, as it does today in its conspiracy with state, military and enterprise, to keep the masses luke warm, emasculated, weak and confused with their spiritual wickedness and constant hypocrisy of non violent behaviour, while they mock the masses with their heinous actions.

      @@repossessedphone7308 You are aware you can only sail the Atlantic Ocean safely for approximately 3 months out of the year? You have no proof there was any storage area sufficient to have stored enough fresh water, and non perishable food to feed hundreds of people each journey, nor the facilities to both prepare the food, and administrar it to an unwilling, captured Africansich would have made the supposed journey a moot point. Nor, can you nor explain how a ship with no sanitation facilities would have prevented it from being a sailing death camp of disease, due to urine, feces, menstrual Floyd, cólera, dysentery, etc., etc., while protecting the food, and water supply from contamination? Likewise, your assuming Africans who were stronger than most pale people would remain cooperative, and docile, knowing they were going to be taken away from their own people which in African cosmology was death? Why? Because pale people had guns? Those gun's were not even automatic, and took up to two minutes to re-load, by that time, after only during once five to 10 Africans would have been on top of the pale man tearing him apart with their bare hands.
      To conclude, the Trans Atlantic Slave story, and even the slavery story was just that, a story that people like you are free to still believe in n til the day you die. I let it go many years ago as another fairytale.
