Set a clear goal of exactly what you need to earn. List down the 10 most important things. Then remove 5. And do 2 hours of deep work everyday until you've completed the list. Then repeat. (oh, and meditate). Good luck!
For all these 3 points there is just one tiny ingridient missing -> Money. I am sure we all would be happy to buy things which sets us free and travel but you still need to make money to care for your family and kids. Those with no children and you are just responsible for yourself - sure. When I was young, I did all those things but then you could say children/family make you go in that hamsterwheel. Nice talk on the beach but nothing practical.
Thanks for watching and for the comment! Money is crucial. Maslow's book Towards a Psychology of Being showed that we will only be brave enough to adventure out, if we have security in which to retreat, and in this modern age that place is financial security. I suppose the premise was to not waste your money (which could provide that security and freedom) on things you "think" will give you fulfilment, yet will leave you empty. And to optimise your life for what you truly want - which will, of course, vary largely based on the person. Craving freedom is never an excuse to shirk your commitments, to others and yourself. Thanks for watching!
