you all probably dont give a shit but does any of you know a trick to log back into an instagram account? I stupidly lost the login password. I love any help you can give me
@Kyng Joe thanks for your reply. I found the site through google and Im waiting for the hacking stuff atm. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will get back to you later with my results.
I just received your two books and they are lovely.....i am just starting my business and loving every minute of it...im going to make these gorgeous spa bars year round to sell.
im from philliphine i really love this channel giving me so much idea making soap after I quite my job! soon I want to try to will have soap home made business. This channel teach very clear and its easy to learn making soap .
This is a stunning colour combination and one we used for our signature 2 blend. I want to say that although Rose Absolute is expensive and we use it quite a bit, you guys in the states can buy it at a great price from Anne Marie. Oz for oz I pay a lot more so if anyone is thinking about making this soap you are getting a bargain from Brambleberry. Grab it whilst you can as the cost of Rose absolute is going through the roof. Lovely to see you back Ann Marie.x
I made these as my first soaping project, and my testers and I all love it! I did swap purple Brazilian clay and a little violaceous violet mica for color with the rose clay, but the color is still wonderful and the soap is so soft! The purple also goes very well with the black of the charcoal and your black amber and lavender FO. Thank you so much for helping me get my foot in the door with soaping!

LOL I was finally getting myself to just get all the ingredients and tools to make this, figured the melt & pour, molds, clay and charcoal added up to (eventually) like $2 per bar... and then I looked at the essential oils. 6ML of sandalwood essential oil is $35, same for the mandarin essential oil! $70 in essential oils to make 12 bars :o what?!!? Am I missing something?! Like I love and miss my co-workers during isolation but I don't miss them $210 in essential oils much!!
Hi Brittany Mullins! So glad you love the videos! You may like 100% olive oil, or castile soap. It is made entirely of olive oil, and is very gentle on the skin. Read more about castile soap and learn how to make it here: www.soapqueen.com/bramble-berry-news/olive-oil/ I would also recommend talking to your doctor to learn which ingredients work for your skin. =)
These looks so beautiful!!!! Rose Absolute and Sandalwood - definitely a luxury bar. :) I can only imagine how beautiful it smells. Ive never seen Brazillian Mandarin EO before - well, not here in Europe. Am definitely intrigued now. Im not a fan of M&P - I think because I just love making soap from scratch, but when I see these pop out of the moulds and how smooth and perfect they are, both in texture and colour - I think yes M&P would be the better option for this soap since the EOs mean a higher price point and therefore the product needs to look slick! Thanks again for a great video.
I love watching these! Great inspiration for my own soaps for my shop! I’m gonna put my own twist on this, and I only do cold process, but I love the charcoal/rose clay idea and I will likely carry over a few of the oils into mine as well! All hail the soap queen! Lol Love this! 💕
I love this soap combination was wondering if I could use a basic cold press method with this ingredients. I am new to the soap making but enjoy making my soap from scratch .
Please dont ever take this video down. This recipe along with your Lemon Marbled soap are the BEST melt and pour recipes. I sell those melt and pour bars along with cold process soap and people buy them up. 🌹 🍋 🍯

Hi Ann-Marie, I know we shouldn't use aluminum bowls/utensils when mixing ingredients for cold process soap making, but when the soap is finished and cut, can we store the bars for curing on aluminum trays? I am looking to get one of those large baker's cooling racks on wheels and the trays that slide into them. They are large 18x26 trays. I am working from home for now, so I need a rack on wheels to be able to move it around the room if needed. I don't really have room now for a permanent shelf system until we can upgrade to a warehouse. Just wanted to know if aluminum trays are ok or not? Thanks!
Is melt and pour base - cold press or hot press? After I unmold or cut my cold press soap I set them aside to cure, can I package them as you did in the video?
I make both soaps from scratch and I also use melt and pour. Would you recommend using a pumpkin purée in melt and pour base? I’ve used it in cold process only.

Hi there! Shipping is based on the weight and distance from Bellingham, WA. After all items have been added to your cart, you can get a quote by entering your location. The shipping quote does not include any import or duty fees, (which vary from country to country).
Hi there! Thanks for the reply. I was just wondering because I added one item to my cart to estimate the cost of shipping and it was $30+. I'm based in burnaby, which I think isn't very far from Bellingham, so that's why I was wondering why it was so expensive. Thanks.
her products are great but her shipping is killer. I dont know why. you can get better prices on amazon for the clays and melt and pour. also try finding a shipping co that ships from us to canada, I use vicargo and they charge like 10 bucks to bring from florida to usvi and she charges 70-100 bucks. big dif.
Thanks for the answer. I did use about 3 teaspoons of charchol and dispersed it in alcohol which is a great trick! I am using a white base correct . My question is on this episode you also use a white base but yours comes out black? Thoughts? How much can I increase without issue?
Hi Tanya! While the soap does appear black in the video, the final soaps do have a gray tint: www.brambleberry.com/Charcoal-and-Rose-Clay-Spa-Bar-Kit-P5816.aspx Because the base is white, it's difficult to get a dark black color. If you prefer, you can use a clear base. That will result in a deep black color, versus a darker gray. =) Clear melt and pour base: www.brambleberry.com/Clear-Melt-And-Pour-Soap-Base-P3189.aspx
Hi Tanya! Because you're mixing black with a white base, they can appear gray. You may want to add a little more. Also, dispersing the charcoal in 99% isopropyl alcohol helps. =)
Great video and such a beautiful soap! I noticed that you had exact measurements for the RA when making a slurry with the activated charcoal and the rose clay. Is there a reason for this? If so, what is the usage rate for RA when creating a slurry?

SOAP QUEEN aqui no Brasil os entendidos em sabonetes, dizem que não pode derreter a base no microondas. O que vocês me explicam, grata!
Too large of a project for me (I soap by hobby, not to resell), but I can't wait to buy a bar from someone. :) What a lovely soap!
You could definitely do this same technique with just a few bars of soap. But if I see anyone post that they made these - I'll let you know!
I am fairly new and enjoy making soap. I am concerned about using melt and pour, since I am trying to go all natural. Do you have any advice?
Thanks for the answer. I did use about 3 teaspoons of charchol and dispersed it in alcohol which is a great trick! I am using a white base correct . My question is on this episode you also use a white base but yours comes out black? Thoughts? How much can I increase without issue?
Hi Tanya!
While the soap does appear black in the video, the final soaps do have a gray tint: www.brambleberry.com/Charcoal-and-Rose-Clay-Spa-Bar-Kit-P5816.aspx
Because the base is white, it's difficult to get a dark black color. If you prefer, you can use a clear base. That will result in a deep black color, versus a darker gray. =)
Clear melt and pour base: www.brambleberry.com/Clear-Melt-And-Pour-Soap-Base-P3189.aspx
Can I put those rose flowers inside ?
Hi I followed directions exactly and got gray soap. shea butter base and even added about a 1 teaspoon and 1/2 more charcoal still gray?
Can I just make the black layer or do you need to have these two layers together? I want to make a black colored soap.

Absolutely, you could definitely make this soap one color! It's fun to customize your own soap. =)
