It's most likely nothing wasn't even made for the alien part. It was still left in storyboard section till they decided now, let's go to a different story for Kalos. Thus they agree this new path for the story and started development. Most dec don't start development of a game until a story is made, and the alien story never left planning phase, which is before development phase
@@Zwizard247 Nope, scans of Masuda's journal from his trip to France in 2010 were found in the leak and it has his initial pitch for story ideas of XY and it's pretty damn close to what we got in the final game, except for Lysandre being initially called AZ while the ancient creator of the ultimate weapon didn't have a name in the initial pitch, nor he was established to have been a king. I wanted to believe in the "beta plot involving aliens" leak but it's pretty much completely disproven at this point, zero evidence found from concept to final release
