All One Piece SEASON 2 Intro / Title Sequence (Netflix Series) - FANART

- ☠️For all NAKAMA who cannot wait for Netflix One Piece Season 2 !!!☠️
So first of all One Piece is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Eiichiro Oda (thank you sensei ❤️) and this year Netflix together with Tomorrow Studios has released a live-action adaptation. And it was amazing.
So over the past few months, my friend and I created title sequences for what we believe could end up in the One Piece season 2 live-action series.
It started with some custom titles for fun and we ended up creating 10 different titles all inspired by season 1 and manga OFC.
3D models:
Letters were modeled in SketchUp by me, as well as a helmet for Giant Warrior Pirates' Jolly Roger, hair and glasses for Galdinos' Jolly Roger, mouth for Bliking Pirates' Jolly Roger, Choppers' hat, and Mr.2s' headgear.
The skull model (by Danilo Castro) is paid for and downloaded from BlenderKit.
All other models were free from Sketchfab (various artists) and Quixel Bridge. Everything was rendered with D5 Render.
Music:
Sonya Belousova & Giona Ostinelli did an amazing job with the soundtrack for the live-action series. We borrowed the main theme that was used in all One Piece season 1 title sequences. Inspired by it, my friend ( / prilefrile ) created variations for all the other characters in this video.
So please enjoy, we really had a lot of fun creating this.

Having a rock theme for Ace’s episode was an amazing choice.
It looks like ace of spades from motorhead at the end of ace logo. Amazing choice
I think Robin's one was missing flower petals, but in general they are all very cool, especially Chopper and Ace were my favorites 😍
Thank you very much and believe me, I tried everything for Robin, blooming flower instead of the letter O, and I even tried to make her hands bloom like in anime but it was too difficult for me to achieve. I only do 3d for architecture so I'm not really good at this kind of things, but we did our best and this is the product.

my biggest hope for season 2 is that they carry the 2 canned episodes from season 1 (the ones that were canned due to covid and time restrictions), and make a 12 episode season as I feel like that's the only way to properly adapt all of alabasta if they'll do so.
The creators stated themselves that loguetown would've gotten two episodes, the predictions in this video are really good, pretty identical to my guess but just to get more detailed:
Loguetown (1-2) but the last half or third of the second episode is used for the beginning of the laboon arc
Laboon (3), the entirety of the laboon arc, since its short, it could also try to adapt up to the point where they reach whisky peaks RIGHT before its revealed that all the people of that island are baroque works members. if needed, they could include a tiny scene of Smoker reaching the grandline.
Whisky Peaks (4), whats left of Whisky Peaks. I think it should focus purely on the strawhats
Little Garden (5-6), like it says, the entirety of Little Garden.
Drum Island (7-8), I think it'll change a LOT of things when it comes to order of events and pacing, but over all not much would change? I wonder if they'd actually adapt Wapol, but seeing as he's relatively important right now, Im guessing they'll find some way to do him justice.
Alabasta (9-12), the entirety of alabasta, i think it'd be shortened sure, just like all the arcs, but knowing the writers i think they'd be able to do an arc like this justice in 4 hours or so.
If the season ends up being 10 episodes though? I'd much rather they dont adapt alabasta and instead only adapt up to chopper's arc, its a very weird idea, but I dont think a 2 episode alabasta would be worthi t, especially knowing that it would actually be 1.5 episodes, as the last half would be used as a conclusion rather than a part of the arc.
I think you might be able to make little garden 1 episode if its long, then combine episode 2 of logue town with reverse mountain might be doable then maybe do alabasta in 3? but anything less than 9 seems pretty much unworkable to me 10 would be better.

If it ends up being 10 episodes, i muhc rather them shorten loguetown like you said, and put reverse mountain in its 2nd episode
After that though? It feels like far too many changes would have to be made for either drum island or alabasta especially
The 2 episodes got cut because there wasn't enough budget for it btw.
Anyway, 12 episodes is overkill at most It will most likely have 10 episodes if Netflix finally increases the budget next time but I also wouldn't be surprised if they keep the 8 episodes since Season 2 will obviously be alot more expensive so they'll have to reserve the budget for other stuff like CGI or whatever and also cause 8 episodes are the norm nowadays
@@luzekiel9343 Well I think at 8 episodes it would be better to just end it at Drum Island and leave Alabasta for season 3, at 8 episodes it would completely compromise the story way too far if they tried adapting all of Alabasta's saga
How would 12 be overkill though? budget wise you mean? With the huge success of the show maybe they can allow that budget.
10 episodes would've been fine if the previous season had been 10 as well, but cutting those 2 episodes from season 1 means that a longer season 2 is needed if they want to make it work, at least thats how i see it
@@jitsauce522 I'm expecting little garden to be a lot shorter since the fight with mr 3 will get a full rework.
for alabasta I think they can probably get to rainbase by the end of the first episode without cutting much then do up to the beginning of the fight in alburna in one episode then finish it out in the last one. probably need the last 2 episodes to be like over an hour though to make it workable at all.
You should have made one for either Dragon or Smoker, after all we are gonna get Louge Town for s2e1. Otherwise, these are great! I particularly love the ace one and how the lettering for robin are made out of poneglyphs
thank you very much :). We skipped Smoker because he is a marine, I don't think they will give Jolly Roger to the marine and Dragon honestly didn't even come to my mind while doing all of this. So we skipped the Loguetown episode thinking the official logo would go there. But anyway, we will do Smoker in the future because of the big demand for him, we already talked about it and also have an idea for music :)
@@studiotable7489I think there is a fair chance Marines will also get Jolly Rogers. So far we didn’t get much from them apart from Garp. But in the future they will appear mich more frequent. God now I wonder, will you do this till the Marineford Arc. Cause there‘s gonna be a lot of things to do there
The chopper is crazy
If they have Laboon, they should have a human Brook in the flashbacks.
These are great concepts, but I would suggest the following improvements:
- Most of these need something replacing the I (or another letter depending on the shape) to give the title more personality
- Laboon's could have a lighthouse on the shore of the reverse mountain
- Vivi's could have a peacock feather
- The Giants could have a dinosaur bone
- I'm not sure what Wapol has besides the chin guard, maybe a royal sceptre?
- Ace definitely needs a guitar
- Robin needs either archaeological equipment or one of her actual arms
Crocodile’s definitely needs a cigar.

-For wapol you could use one of drum kingdom mountain maybe?? or make it so that a part of the title is eaten
-For the giant the best would be to use dorry sword for the I and broggy axe for the P
-Ace alredy has the O replaced by a spade but i would love that there is something white beard related like the moustache for the C
-For robin you can use a book for the I

Thank you :). Letters for Robin took me a few days, it was the trickiest one. I had to push-pull every poneglyph letter. It was made in SketchUp (the simplest 3D modeling software XD)

Chopper's is cute, but I could have gone with a deer skull for his Jolly Roger and the antler brace was missing. Ace's is fantastic and the guitar makes it even better! Vivi's is great, but the "C" should be her weapon. Robin's is beautiful, but I think the "I" should be a book. For Dory and Broggy, maybe the "I" be a bone or the "E" be the goldfish monster.
Bon Clay's was perfect!
With Crocodile's you can almost hear his iconic laugh!

Wonderful title cards, my dedicated pup! You really put a lot of care in representing the characters of each title card like in the 1st season!
And with Season 2 of the live-action One Piece barreling towards production in the next few months, I have full faith that Matt Owens can bring justice to the Grand Line, Little Garden, Drum
Island, and the Alabasta Arcs! With the global paw-tastic success of the first season of One Piece, hopefully they have a good enough budget to pull it off.
(Which I know is going to be INCREDIBLY challenging, since the first season could only have so much CGI on a short-yet-most-expensive show budget)
As a One Piece fan, I also have full faith in the staff to bring the little Reindeer doctor-in-training to life in live-action format, especially since Oda is closely watching production to make sure they get Chopper just right. (I'm hoping for at least 10 episodes myself, but with any luck, we could have up to 11 or 12 episodes)

Season 2 should be made at least 10 episodes starting from Loguetown and ending at Alabasta with Nico Robin joining the Straw Hat Pirates as the seventh member. Each episode's length should be made more than 1 hour or 1:30 hour. So that they can cover a story arc in a 2 part episode. Example of it is Drum Island by introducing Chopper and Wapol as the antagonist of Drum Island story arc.

Thank you❤ There was a lot of improvisation. I only do 3d modeling for architecture for job (basic shapes and forms when modeling) so this was quite tricky for me. I modeled letters in SketchUp and rendered them with D5 render. Skull was paid for and downloaded from BlenderKit, most other models were downloaded from QuixelBridge and Sketchfab. And some others that were simple enough I modeled in Sketchup like Mr.3 hair and glasses and Dorry-Brogy helmet. My friend did the music, let's say he is a doctor for music :) and we did some post-processing in Premiere Pro. Also, I used After Effects for Crocodile sand particles. All in all a lot of improvisation and a super fun time while creating this. :D

I kinda feel like they will skip Mr. 3 and the whole candle thing to go faster to the winter island (and maybe even Laboon). They'll take Vivi and Chopper in like 3-4 episodes and by episode 5 they'll be in the desert. It's netflix, it will probably be only 8 episodes and there's a LOT to cover in this arc.
